I use to love coming here for past 10 years if I'm not mistaken and the quality of food has gone down as well as portions and I hate to say this but it all happened when they fore the japanese chefs and had them replaced with the Hispanics. Do not miss interpret I am Hispanic but there are some dishes that only master can craft.

I am a food deliveryman, I took an order from this "restaurant", the order should have been ready by the time I arrived, I arrived and the restrana staff told me to wait 10 minutes, after 15 minutes they told me to wait a couple more minutes, as a result I waited 30 minutes, while I was standing the staff communicated among themselves and in absolutely no hurry!

Wish I could add 0 stars. I’m picking up an Uber eats order and I ask to use the restroom. The Mexican working there says I can’t use it only for customers. Like what I’m literally delivering an order for your restaurant and you can’t let me use the restroom. Terrible service.

BLIND ROOM

Today I encountered rudeness and was also insulted by an employee named Karina. I work at Uber and came to pick up an order. I was told to wait for 15 minutes, so I patiently waited, spending my own time. After that, I asked if I could use the restroom, to which Karina, the employee, told me that I couldn't because I'm not a customer, even though I was picking up an order. Usually, in all the restaurants where I pick up orders, I am allowed to use the restroom. Guys, we live in the 21st century, so why are there still people who try to oppress others? This situation has deeply offended me. The manager will have a conversation with the employee named Karina.

Simply a rip off. I ordered 4 rolls through Uber Eats for a total of $50 with a buy 2 get 1 free kind of deal. The portions are a joke, you get half a roll for the price of a full one and the quality is mediocre at best.

Spicy Chicken Plate.I’m all about the spicy chicken plate here.Lots of sliced up chicken, with rice, and salad. It is consistently good. And fills me up.At eight dollars, it’s a bargain considering the pricy restaurants around West Los Angeles.Update: they don’t give as much chicken as before.Also, the Japanese male cashier has been rude to me at times.
