This place must be good, or people would not wait in line to get in. I personally go on the weekends for the roast beef. The prices are fair, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff appear to be Chinese and hard working, and I don't mind leaving them generous tip as a thank you. The only negative about this place is at times, it gets too crowded and can get a bit noisy with the volume of voices resonating around you as you eat, but it's the food and service...
Overall my experience is pretty good considering everything. The customer service is less than satisfactory but at the same time the food definitely makes up for it.
Vegetarian options: They had options like chow mein and string beans and garlic and also fried rice which had egg if you're vegan. I think that overall the menu was cute and had a lot to choose from for vegetarian options
