They are the cloud kitchen concept, which means there are multiple kitchens located in the same location. Food can be ordered prior to arrival to cut the wait time. They will call you when food is ready.I ordered:1. Mix platter for drip wings2. Chicken gyro3. FriesStreet parking with meter is available but some what difficult to find. Very crowded if you come at peak hours. They have tables outside if you want to eat here.

This isn’t for the food but for their service, I placed an online order and after reaching there I found out that their kitchen is closed.

Ordered from here on DoorDash (Sunday night) and it took an hour, even though the place is 10 minute drive from my apt. Food arrived cold and had to be reheated. It taste good, but the rice to meat ratio is way off. I got lamb/chicken platter with only rice (no salad) and my container of food was basically 80% rice. They charge $5 for double meat, so basically they're saying the $17 combo box is the starter and double meat is the real course, aka a huge ripoff. For rice and cheap, cafeteria grade meat (the lamb was for sure rubbery, but it's halal so you know what you're getting into), the prices are way too high. I got a sprite, chicken/lamb combo platter, and 2x sides of white sauce and my total before DoorDash tip was $27. I'm from NY and this is only halal place I've found on west side to satisfy my halal cravings, again the food and sauces are on point for halal, but will be picking up next time so I am not dropping $30 for a cold chicken n rice plate LMAO.

Was around the area and craving for Mediterranean food. Found this spot at Uber Eats. After getting the food, I was really pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was, the gyro, chicken, and even the rice! Their White sauce was so good, I like that the dill flavor really stand out. I also ordered their Fried Fish as ala carte, I really like it as well. Definitely a solid spot to try! Love that the price is on the affordable side too.

I called at 1:15 because I saw they close at 2 am and the guy told me he won’t take phone orders and they close the kitchen in 10 minutes so I wouldn’t even have enough time to come get food. Just a really lame experience.

Delicious food with yummy sauces! My go to is the mix platter and it always has delicious meat!

Was craving a falafel gyro and this place delivered. The pita is fluffy and the falafel is flavorful and perfectly crispy. My boyfriend's lamb gyro was great and a big portion size especially for the price. Drop sauce is amazing. They're open late and great prices. Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered it from DoorDash and it tasted okay, but I had diarrhea the next day after eating it.

This place is fire!! They have a few locations but I love the Santa Monica location!! Gyro has all kinds of food options but my go tos are the burger and fries or a lamb gyro, but don't get me started on the dripped wings (if you like a lil sweet and spicy in your life definitely get those!) The Santa Monica location is within a ghost kitchen called Colony so it can seem like a lot walking in but don't let that worry you. Anytime I order from Gyro the food always comes out hot and quick with large proportions whether 2pm or 12:30am which is amazing, and it's halal!! For me that is a plus! If you're ever in the Santa Monica area and looking for a place to grab something quick and delicious be sure to try out New York Chicken & Gyro within Colony, you won't regret it!! 10/10

Not much of a New York Gyro at all - but it's okay for a quick on the go meal if you out and about. Definitely ask for extra sauce on the side because it can be a bit dry. Fries have no flavor for real...very oily, but not from old grease at least. I'd still go back, but like I said - if I'm in the neighborhood and can't think of anything else while I'm on the go.

Fast servixe. Used to like it. Would've been massively delicious lest for the massive scoop of soggy depressing lettuce all over the plate.

Horrible food... very very greasy and service was less than mediocre. Their oil smelled in both the fries and chicken burger. Will not return and would not recommend. Literally wasted $30 and could not eat the food.

It’s like a cloud kitchen but the food was good as hell. Highly recommend. Especially for a post workout meal during bulk season. The white sauce was delicious. The falafels were just ok but I’m very spoiled when it comes to falafels thanks to some great Mediterranean spots in Chicago.

It was ok, the sauce was too sweet to be considered NY style (both the white and red) but generous portion size for $15 after tax so that’s fair
