Took my friend there for his Birthday and they went over the top with celebrating his birthday. They brought a personalized dessert with the piano man singing him a birthday song. Very nice overall. Excellent food, good service and nice ambience except for too-loud background music. The waiter said they could not turn it down just in the dining room because it was needed that loud in the bar. My only criticism of this restaurant is that the dishes are not always as described on the menu. For example, I would describe the Shrimp Ceviche as a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. Another example: the Chocolate Lava Cake had a totally solid center but it was richer than the outer cake. Both of these dishes were delicious, just not what one would expect from the menu description. We also appreciated the most reasonable $20/bottle corkage fee.

Food was overpriced and meh at best. E.G., Enchiladas came out room temperature, sent them back and were nice and hot, but gelatinous texture and disappointing flavor. Server was extremely busy, but was accommodating, kind and competent. Will not go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed a pre-Disney concert dinner at Noe. They have a dining room and a lot of smaller tables in the bar area, plus outdoor seating. We ate in the bar in a room adjacent to a pianist. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It's probably a five-minute walk from the Disney Concert Hall. The food was far more sophisticated than I expected for a hotel. I heartily recommend it.

We were told that only the prix fixe meal was available, at $145. The menu had several typos, which didn't give us confidence. The waiter was not briefed as to what the menu items actually were--we asked what King Oyster Scallops were and were assured they were scallops. They were mushrooms cut to look like scallops and were hard and tasteless. The cauliflower gratin was just cut cauliflower with cheese melted on top, and the eggplant was "inedible" according to my friend. The service was extremely slow--we started dinner at 9:20 and didn't receive dessert until after midnight. We did get a nice complimentary glass of champagne, but well after midnight. I understand it was New Year's Eve, but we all expected much better for $145 a plate. To make matters worse, we saw a few burgers being served, which made us question the mandatory prix fixe. A bad experience overall.

The hotel stay was exceptional! To awake the next morning to a beautiful brunch was convenient and a refreshing change! The staff at the Noe was welcoming and provided excellent service! I had the veggie, egg-white omelette, my seed, the popcorn chicken and waffles. The fruit was fresh and the tea was like aroma therapy to my senses. The weather was delightfully mild and sunny which attributed to the relaxing outdoor atmosphere. Thank you for this experience
