Very nice overall. Excellent food, good service and nice ambience except for too-loud background music. The waiter said they could not turn it down just in the dining room because it was needed that loud in the bar. My only criticism of this restaurant is that the dishes are not always as described on the menu. For example, I would describe the Shrimp Ceviche as a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. We thoroughly enjoyed a pre-Disney concert dinner at Noe. They have a dining room and a lot of smaller tables in the bar area, plus outdoor seating. We ate in the bar in a room adjacent to a pianist. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It's probably a five-minute walk from the Disney Concert Hall. The food was far more sophisticated than I expected for a hotel. I heartily recommend it.
