Nong La has a dedicated Canto Viet man diligently directing the back of the house day in and day out, making sure the food hits their level
of comfortable consistent cuisine, which won’t exactly blow minds or taste buds, but fills an exotic unfamiliar question mark into a manageable modern meal.
