I can’t recommend Nutrifit for any meal needs, but particularly when you are looking for a healthy but very tasty meal delivery service and/or meals delivered for an elderly parent who lives independently but doesn’t cook. A generous friend gifted me a subscription to Nutrifit while I was in treatment for cancer. I received three well-rounded dinners a week for six months. In all that time, I was never served the same meal twice. All the meals were fresh and healthy; many were delicious. The service is very reasonably priced, with delivery right to the door, and never any hiccups. That support really helped me get through a difficult time.
In the time I've been following the program, I've lost around 10 lbs and dropped my body fat percentage by about 3%, while also gaining lean muscle mass (verified through Bodyspec DEXA scans). Even more importantly, my cholesterol levels have decreased by an incredible 50%, which has been the most significant benefit for me. My doctor confirmed my numbers are now back in the healthy zone, and I genuinely feel like NutriFit has added years to my life.
