Not sure if we found this food truck on a bad day. This is some of the worst Hawaiian nonetheless food truck food I've ever had. The Kaula pork was way too salty. Garlic fried rice was greasy and over salted. They were only serving brunch / breakfasts yet ran out of eggs 2 hours after opening. Macadamia pancakes were way too sweet. Ill give them props they very nice and quick with service but it doesn't balance out how terrible the food is.

Amazing food and service! We found the food truck at Downtown Disney last week and we've been hooked since! We've had the Kalua Pig & Cabbage and the Tofu plates, both with Garlic Fried Rice, and they're always so delicious that we haven't tried the other dishes yet. The food is always fresh, great quality, very tasty, the Kalua pork very tender and flavorful, and the vegetables are always cooked perfectly. Love the portion size and presentation, and the added touch of the edible flowers!Huge shoutout to Mike who's always so friendly and awesome!

So happy they had a vegan option. I chose the tofu plate with garlic rice with and added a mango siracha sauce on the side. The grilled tofu dipped in the sauce was amazing. Wish I took a better photo before I already ate a lot of it. The plate was delicious!
The food is AMAZING!! I got the ONO & OMG. Delicious & so much food. I would definitely try something new next time because the flavors are wonderful.

I found this food truck at Crafted in San Pedro on a Sunday Funday jaunt with my kids. The filet mignon with teriyaki sauce and garlic fried rice is the epitome of umami!!! The food was prepared well, came out hot and tasty! The roasted veggies were perfectly tender - crisp!! Look for them, find them, buy their food!!!

I will grant that the truck should be checked out and while the food is a tad pricey for a truck all the menu items look really tempting. I went with pork belly miso and the service time, the staff interaction, the presentation all were 5s easily. However, the pork belly was pretty lukewarm by time I drove the 5-10 minutes home. The rest of the items were appropriately nice and warm so it looks like there was a letdown on pork belly prep. I had some nice pieces that had a bit of fat on them but at least it wasn't just glorified bacon. Another reason for the 4 stars was that the piece of pork belly I shared with wife was declared "all fat" by my honey! [insert "Sad Trombone Wah Wah Wah Fail Sound"] I would go to truck again, but I would check to make sure main dish is warm!

This is one of the best food trucks that I have ever had! The food was extremely flavorful, cooked perfectly and the portion size was big! I ordered the tofu plate with garlic fried rice and vegetables and all I can say is WOW! I could eat at this place everyday and not get tired of it, it's that good! I will definitely be watching for their food truck schedule so that I can visit them again!
