So happy they had a vegan option. I chose the tofu plate with garlic rice with and added a mango siracha sauce on the side. The grilled tofu dipped in the sauce was amazing. Wish I took a better photo before I already ate a lot of it. The plate was delicious!
I found this food truck at Crafted in San Pedro on a Sunday Funday jaunt with my kids. The filet mignon with teriyaki sauce and garlic fried rice is the epitome of umami!!! The food was prepared well, came out hot and tasty! The roasted veggies were perfectly tender - crisp!! Look for them, find them, buy their food!!!

Amazing food and service! We found the food truck at Downtown Disney last week and we've been hooked since! We've had the Kalua Pig & Cabbage and the Tofu plates, both with Garlic Fried Rice, and they're always so delicious that we haven't tried the other dishes yet.
