Such a gem of Japanese bakery and cafe hidden inside a Japanese hotel. Each bun in this bakery are soft and yummy. Not only they are very authentic Japanese bakery flavors, they also have very authentic Japanese drinks too, their matcha series had lots of unique flavor combination. Their bakery takeaway box also really cute. The tuna bun with LA sign very unique to international visitors. This bun also have crunchy top component. Just yummy to enjoy. Great Japanese cafe inside Miyako Hotel! Pastries were fresh and heated up for us, the sea salt matcha coffee was also really great. They have WiFi and restroom for customers, great WFH/study spot
An awesome place to get a drink! So far, I have tried the sea salt matcha cold brew (100/10), the banana matcha (6/10), their regular matcha (9/10), regular iced Americano (7/10), and a couple of their pastry items like the cookie butter bread (8/10), matcha sunrise (9/10), French toast (8/10) and their croque monsieur (8/10). Service is always great. I just wish they would actually heat up the pastries well enough and have a larger drink size than a 16oz. Also, parking is not...
