Very authentic Korean food.
I heard about this place from family and friends for its food. How good it was and etc. So I ordered a take out chicken kalgooksoo and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were good that s why I didn’t put 1 star. The reason I put 2 star is the noodle was good but not the way they do business. Like so many other Korean restaurants such as Kang Nam who is nearly cross the street from the restaurant. Tariff hasn’t kicked in yet they do business as if it has. For example I counted the number of shredded chicken pieces on the noodle it was about 8 and was about 3 inches long. Yes I measured it. I split this with my family the noodles were overwhelmingly plentiful but not the chicken. To charge 16.99 for the noodles is unconscionable when there is so little chicken. This practice is very pervasive in k town now. I’m very ashamed of my country business men and women. Who are they taking advantage of? the customers are mainly their own country men and women, Koreans. Are there any more morale left in this town? I boycott eating out in Korea town restaurants like that since there are other k town restaurants who are not taking advantage of Koreans. Those are the ones I will be going to. I will be cooking more at home. I also how elderlies can afford this trend and stay eating nutritious.
Mother’s Day take out order. Red bean porridge. Simple enough. Picked up food, delivered to mother’s, and drove back home to wife, the other mother.
Mother calls and says she got Galbi tang and had already called restaurant about wrong order and employee asked to come pick up the correct order.
Arrive to pick up correct order and three employees including owner scolds my wife for not bringing wrong order. Mind you, we weren’t asked to bring it and mother’s house is 30 minutes away, one way. Employees begin to lecture my wife and she comes out pissed because they want to charge us the wrong order to pick up the correct order. They stand their ground and want us to bring the wrong order the next day. What the freak.
I go in and handle the situation. Unnecessary stress. These ggangpaes.
Great! very tasteful noodles! Big Portion for the Money!
Ahthentic Korean Food.
old old tasty but pretty good.
Pat-juk is so good,-!!!👍👍👍
Displays drawings done by the owner in traditional Korean style, and has the best fresh kimchi made daily, not fermented one.
we’ve been coming here for years, and they never fail us! My go to Korean restaurant in LA
Bad service , will not come back
Make us felt like we begged for food 😡😡😡😡😡
The kimchi soup is spicy and the sujebi is too thick. It smelled like the sujebi dough was a bit old. I'll tell you this three times before, but just pretend not to hear it and leave. I went there because I heard it was delicious, but I couldn't finish it. No one said hello on the way out. I think this will be my first and last visit.

When you finish eating and leave the restaurant, you bow your head and say hello, but if you stare and then turn your head away without saying hello, it would be a bad feeling under any circumstances, right? What does it mean if a customer greets you first but you don't receive it? A restaurant that puts you in a good mood after eating well and leaving with just a greeting.
