Don’t eat here!!! I got sick the day I ate it, spent 2 days straight throwing up and found out I got worms! That’s the only place I ate at the day I got sick. Please don’t eat here.

This place is trash. Couldn't find the cold brown sugar red bean drink, so ordered hot. Was told no hot drink, so said to make it cold. Only to find it no more red bean. So he just doubled my sesame drink, I asked to make it with oatmilk like we paid for, for the red bean drink only to be told... the powder they use for the sesame drink is dairy free.. like wtf, just give us a refund then if you don't want to make it with the oatmilk. It's a Sunday, not a busy day. Why aren't their ingredients.. might as well just close down. But drink was good tho.

If you’re closed, maybe mention that and turn off your mobile orders as well; it would also help if your workers didn’t completely ignore everyone waiting outside the door. A phone number to contact, or any form of communication posted anywhere would probably be beneficial too, thanks!

Stopped by to get our boba, craving satisfied, and we definitely were here at this new one zone location at the Beverly Center. Jon was extremely helpful and helping us get what we wanted. Ordered the taro taro/, the honey, green tea, and a taro milk tea.Just one size, so no need to worry about small mediums or larges, and they have different kinds of Boba, got the regular traditional black Boba, and like cheese jelly with my Toro Toro/. Super good.Just like all the other trendy Boba places, it’s a tad on the pricier side. We paid about 30 bucks for three drinks and a bag of chips.Service - just one guy working, John…and he was new, but he was super nice and got our drinks just the way we wanted them.If I’m ever in the mall again, I’m def dropping by.

I ordered on Postmates and my drink listed said “comes with boba.” It didn’t arrive with boba (not the baristas fault but a technical issue). Please correct it if possible NOT to say that it comes with it on ordering services if you’re going to charge extra. I’d rather pay the extra to get it than be mislead.

Wanted to get boba, but doors closed with lock and lights out. Possibly another store closure at Bev Center....

Was easy to order on the terminal and boba was delicious! The strawberry green tea was very refreshing.

I work netar by so this place is such a huge lifesaver for me when I am craving boba. Their boba texture is so good and FRESH. There are not many places in the BH area that have boba as fresh as One Zo. Although this shop is hidden in the Beverly Center, it is totally worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but sometimes things do get busy and you might have to wait a few minutes for the drinks - it is worth it. The shop is overall very small but very clean and bright. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys boba and can't seem to get anything authentic in BH.

I had the green tea milk boba and I liked it! I would return if I was in the Beverly Center.

I found this boba spot because I'm a shopaholic and used to be a frequent Beverly Center goer. I'm usually not impressed by a lot of boba drinks in LA but One Zo is on my top 5 boba places to go to. Their orea crème brûlée matcha is one of my favourite drinks there. If I'm feeling conscious about my calorie intake that day, I usually go for the rice tea drink which to my surprise has been one of my new favourite boba drinks. I never get boba drinks with boba or toppings though, it's mostly just the tea/juice. I think it's actually one of the few boba spots that have really good snacks. Their waffles are humongous and they have different types of fillings and flavours you can get. One of my favourites though is the hot pot snacks, they have tasty soup base broth with the usual hot pot items such as fish ball, cheese ball, fish cakes etc. So yummy!

I ordered milk tea with redbean, and it was the worst boba i have ever had. It was unsweetened boiled redbean in a watery tea.
