I ordered on Postmates and my drink listed said “comes with boba.” It didn’t arrive with boba (not the baristas fault but a technical issue). Please correct it if possible NOT to say that it comes with it on ordering services if you’re going to charge extra. I’d rather pay the extra to get it than be mislead.
I work netar by so this place is such a huge lifesaver for me when I am craving boba. Their boba texture is so good and FRESH. There are not many places in the BH area that have boba as fresh as One Zo. Although this shop is hidden in the Beverly Center, it is totally worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but sometimes things do get busy and you might have to wait a few minutes for the drinks - it is worth it. Stopped by to get our boba, craving satisfied, and we definitely were here at this new one zone location at the Beverly Center. Jon was extremely helpful and helping us get what we wanted.
