Did we order too much? Yes. Would we do it again? YES! Everything was exceptional at Oste (except parking but this is L.A. so plan accordingly). Highly recommend the mussels with fries and as a mushroom lover, my BF absolutely loved the mushroom pinsa. The fresh pasta in the oxtail rague was the star of my dish but man those fries!

This was our second time dining here as we made sure to come back while in town for the week. Each time visiting the hospitality and food were unmatched. The staff is super friendly and accommodating making customers feel welcomed. We were running late to our reversion due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was more than accommodating and helpful allowing us to dine when we were able to arrive and on top of that the consistently delicious food made the experience top tier. Would come back to this restaurant any time!

Food was delicious. Service was great. It was loud AF in the restaurant though and it was very overwhelming/stressful.

This place was pretty decent. What you'd expect from an Italian-American restaurant. They had a pretty good wine selection too. Whenever I see bone marrow on the menu, I have to order it. That hot, salty meat butter gives me life! However...unfortunately here I was disappointed. The bone marrow came out like it had been sitting around for a while so it hardened a bit, was kind of rubbery. I was so sad. I shouldn't have to slice through the marrow, it should spread like glossy soft butter. The flavor was fine. I also ordered a pizza. It was good, but I was so bummed about the marrow that I didn't even take a photo of the pizza. I'm hoping this was just an off night and they just missed the mark. But for that I did have to ding it a star. The vibe was cool though, cute little date night place. No parking though, have to valet.

Parking: Definitely expect to valet, I forgot how much they charged, maybe $10? Parking is hard to find, we circled the block a couple times before giving up and just doing the valet.

Kid-friendliness: More of an adult place for date night or a sexy lunch.

The best thin crust pizza I've ever had; every bite has a crunch. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Oste with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was excellent, and the food—simply outstanding!

I had the mushroom pizza with truffle oil, which was one of the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly crisp crust, rich earthy flavors, and just the right touch of truffle. I also tried the mussels with marinara sauce and garlic, and they were out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

Every bite was a delight, and the entire evening was made even more special by the attentive and friendly staff. If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, Oste is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

Today is my birthday 🎂 🥹. My twin daughters pulled up a text from last year- how I wanted to visit this restaurant, so we traveled from Claremont to LA and it was worth the wait- and the ride.

From start to finish the service was attentive, courteous, kind, and expeditious.

I drank an amaretto sour that was one of the best I’ve had. Then, followed by an espresso martini which was “theee” best I’ve ever had.

Gosh, we at so much.

The appetizers alone will get you full, but you’ve basically got to try as many items on the list. The prawns, gem Caesar salad, burrata pomodora, meatballs, tartar, and bread and olive oil were out of this world. Absolutely delectable, fresh, and just outstanding flavors.

The care and quality in the preparation and presentation was greatly appreciated. Each dish was visually appealing and the flavors were wonderful.

The Chef and support have to be so proud of themselves because it was really one of the best Italian meals I’ve had in some time.

Every single dish was fresh and authentic. It reminded me of the lucky chance I had to eat in Italy: Specifically Rome and Florence.

For entrees we had the mussels in white wine sauce , branzino and pappardelle alla vacinara. All spectacular.

Thank you to Chad who was so kind and genuinely good people along with every single person who continued to check on us.

The staff works like a team, everyone is always moving and they offer great tips and feedback about what they like to eat.

The ambiance is warm, beautiful music plays softly so you don’t have to yell to speak. The seating is very reminiscent of Italy. Bistro like, but still enough room to feel some
Privacy.

The drinks and food were top notch.

Every single person we encountered from
The host to Chad, to the support staff were genuinely kind and hardworking.

My twin girls gave me the best birthday and it’s hands down a restaurant I’ll make the drive to, again and again.

Really amazing experience-thank you!

Probably one of my favorites if not favorite place to get Italian food in LA

the staff is soooooo nice and helpful

Highly recommend the pizza, any pizza and the ceasar salad (one of the best I’ve had)

I got the chicken Milanese which was great but I wish I got a pizza instead

The truffle fries were just ok, a bit soggy.

Delicious and reasonably priced. Cozy vibes. Loved my experience, will be back
