A hidden gem! The food is to die for and the service is amazing. All the pasta dishes I’ve posted here are also kid approved!!! Generous serving of each dish so we didn’t get a chance to try any desserts, but I’m told they are also really tasty ? ?

This is a family owned restaurant where they make you feel as if you are part of the family. The food is great, the service its equal and the noise level is tolerable, which is rare in a restaurant these days.

Great and inventive Italian Cuisine. Standard upscale Los Angeles prices. Good wine list but pricey. Uncomfortable unpadded seats. Outdoor option. Valet parking available. Street parking available about a block walk. Reservations a must.

Luigi!!! What a charmer!!! Made me feel bad for not knowing more Italian, but, that's fine- I will learn more!Boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner last week, and had the wine flight, pizza, parpadelle. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming and the food felt familiar. While we were eating, a couple arrived and they were greeted with familiarity and love that (to me) IS...What. Industry. Is. All. About.Thank you, Osteria Mamma.I'm moving to LA soon, and will be back.
This place rocks! Luigi is the man and lays on some thick Italian charm. Wine list is amazing. The wild boar over polenta was perfect and the tiramisu is always

I have a gluten allergy and the food was delicious. The pasta was actually normal and delicious. The service was outstanding and Luis was the best. I highly recommend

Typically, my wife and I don't celebrate valentine's day because we love on each other year round. However, she happened to surprise me this year with a few gifts for V day, including tickets to a play at the Pantages theater. Therefore, I reciprocated the gesture of love and surprised her with dinner, prior to the show. We have never been to this Italian restaurant but it had great reviews and it was a pleasant surprise. They did not have reservations available for our time frame, but we were able to dine at the wine bar. There we met one of the owners named Filippo. He was a very warm and gracious man, which we really appreciated. Moreover, he was very attentive and accommodating. Throughout dinner we spoke and chatted about many things and his incredible family history. Truly beautiful! Last but not least is his sister Christina. Together they make a great team and they are equally gracious.Although they had a limited menu for V day, the food was great! We really appreciated this quaint establishment and we plan on returning.By the way...Fillipo is a sommelier and he has a vast knowledge of wines, especially Italian.Bon appétit!

Forgettable. Went here for Valentine's Day. It felt like the busboys (who were industrious) were our waiter; he never once checked on us. The mains were fairly flavorless. There was Hershey's syrup on top of the (tasty) chocolate mousse cake. The coffee *was* very good, though.

The one thing that's annoying is the table lamps - you have higher wattage bulbs than should be used since they shine down on the white table cloths and it's glaring. Soften that please in order to provide a nice ambience.
