I wish o can give 0 stars on service! Every time they are busy they put a sign of cash only their excuse is that the internet is not working odd because I proceed to place my order on line and guess what their internet was working all of a sudden. Bread is the best no complain I have been coming to this bakery for years but the laziness and attitude they have is the worst their customer service needs help.

She grabbed my muffin with lotion on her hands and it slightly got on my food. I thought it was just the bag but it got on the food too. Gross and unprofessional. Had to throw it out. Dont use lotion or at least put on gloves

The bread I good but the women's behind the counter they need more education to attend the customer, all the time are in bad mood and try the people like trash.. The Owner of this Bakery stay quiet when bad Reviews come to expose the bad crew, selling on this Bakery and she don't do Nothing about it Take care when you come to Buy bread they over charge to the customer whit more money and less bread the owner keep the money and never FIx the social problems inside this Bakery Take care don't be stolen we need do something whit Los Angeles City Maybe a inspection,

Love this bread! Have been coming here for over 30 years and they are consistent with the taste of their french rolls. Only wish they had more locations.

Waiting more than an hour for 2 dollars worth of bolillos, only two employees on a Sunday with 20 people in line. It's not the employees' fault but the owners who don't want to hire more people.
