Cashier was super rude. I waited probably over 20 minutes for my food to be ready because the entrées that I want it we’re not available and when I asked her why there was an extended wait time she’s like oh I didn’t hear you. I didn’t know that you wanted me to ask for eggplant and tofu, so I had to wait again you could tell that she’s not very happy inside and it’s definitely showing on the outside. I would coach her on customer service or if not I would probably replace her. But the manager, I believe his name is Ismael. It was very polite and also I don’t want her making my food next time it feels very uncomfortable. She’s draining of negative energy.-4555 Drako

I would like to share my experience I had today at your panda express restaurant in Westwood Village California. This is not the first occasion I have encountered with same server! She is extremely rude and very discourteous. They didn't say apologize or anything. I'm so disappointed!!!!

My family and I come here at least once a week, and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review until today. I received a promotion in my email and it wound up not working registering in their system. This has happened a few times so I brought this to their attention so they could hopefully fix it in the future. Andy was incredibly helpful in getting this resolved. I never thought I would be writing a review for a Panda Express, but Andy went above and beyond to help us. Thank you again!
