The rice is almost raw like it’s still crunchy, the chicken is extremely soft feels fake like jello but firm and warm.

The man who chops teriyaki chickens is chopping. He took two pieces of chicken from the pot because he was aware that I was watching. then he only chopped 1 piece and put the other piece back in the pot. He thought he could fool me with his quickness. But I understand very well what he was trying to do. Customers are not stupid

the woman serving the food wont give you what you ask for. also very distracted and wont listen to you. I also asked for a bigger plate. she gave me a regular. terrible listening and customer skills. the only saving grace was the kind gentleman at the register

Staff is super unfriendly and not very personable. Seems to be the norm for Panda Express. Expressionless and non apologetic workers. Waited 15 minutes for my side dish. Didn't apologize or say that they were extremely sorry for having me wait. Also, they gave several customer's before me utensils and plates to go while i was told to get my fork and napkins on my own. Panda is a Billion dollar company that lacks any type of good customer service. Every location seems to have bad service with the Black shirt managers shelling out the majority of the rudeness as they are the 1st we encounter when we order.

Every time I visit this Panda Express, there's no Beijing Beef ready. They tell me it'll be 4–5 minutes, but it always ends up taking 8–9 minutes. When it finally comes out, it's rushed — the beef is burnt and the sauce tastes off. They know the demand is high but still can't manage it properly. This one-star review will stay up until they fix this issue.

Now that Panda Express offers super greens, I'm a fan and this particular branch has good people working there including the ladies and Kyle. The food is fine but does the job.

Some locations cook the vegetables better than others. Most do not cook the Vegetables well, though. It's unfortunate, because the recipes otherwise are delicious. Some give you a generous amount; some are stingy. Too bad it can't be consistent.

No employee wanted to be there Saturday night, 1/22/25 and took it out on customers. Manager lead the charge. Older couple, family and then my party all mistreated.
