The food is great for a panda. Surprisingly large portions and always fresh and crunchy fried food. The workers are mostly great, management is awful, and some cashiers are sassy. Online orders suck and do not come early as they don't care.

I love the food made here - definitely more fresh than other locations... But sometimes the service is subpar and turns me off. I do love checking out all kinds of locations though.

Rude cashiers. Food is prepared well here but it seems that there is always this expectation of the cashiers bad attitude/personality. This has not only been my experience but as I’ve stood in line and observed other customers and it seems these employees are ALWAYS in a undesirable mood. Perhaps it’s having to interact with so many people since this P.E is without a doubt busy and popular. You politely ask a simple question or request and you get an answer with a sour attitude in return. Asking for condiments (not extra condiments)seems to be a chore. For years now, this place has been a go to for me and my coworkers as University employees. I enjoy the food and portions when having lunch but the experience of having to make my transaction with these cashiers leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I used a mobile order to avoid waiting in the line, which ended up being waiting in another line (in front of the mobile pick-up sign) and having to talk to the lady and confirm my order in person. They expected the people lined up in the mobile pick-up area, which is not clear for all the people who put orders using their phones. I don't know why it's called a mobile order when it's just another line. This caused the people in the mobile pick-up area compete each other cause they didn't know that they needed to form one line and had to check in and talk to a lady. If it's a mobile order, they should just prepare the orders in the order they received them and call out the names. If not, please don't call it a mobile order. I should've rather stayed in the original line. I waited about 45 minutes after putting my mobile order (the app showed ~12 min wait time), and one more thing: they missed out Fried Rice in my plate.

There are two women are very mean and judge me. Every time when I checked out, they didn’t give me the snack. Every order they will give us a snack but they both didn’t until I asked them. It happened several times, from the same woman.I know they prejudiced me as I am an Asian because they gave others snacks except me.It’s very funny that both of them are Asian too. So ridiculous!!! HahahahNext time if it happened again, I will ask their manager to hand it. I almost forgot it.
