Today at 1 50 pm Cashier had a horrible attitude . Not only that when she gave me my change she literally threw it . What horrible customer service she had unfortunately i did not get her name. Usally other pandas have great attitude and personality.

Order a kids meal with a water bottle to go for my kid
And I received a kids meal with half scoop of beef broccoli and all cabbage no noodles
I even heard the cook tell the serve peeping the food wait I have a fresh batch coming out and the serve basically ignored and served me this shit
My kid received Luke warm cabbbage not chow mein and 4 pieces of broccoli no beef
And a cup of water not a bottle of water like the app stated because they were out

Not sure why, but food is never fresh here. They keep the bowls super empty at all times. They make extremely small batches of popular items and let them sit. Staff seems a bit agitated if you ask them when a new batch is coming out. Even if you’re willing to wait.

The experience was very good ! Amanda treated us amazing ! As well as her companions, they are extremely attentive and the food is delicious, the attention in both Spanish and English was excellent, the guys keep the place clean and tidy. Of course we would come back.

Parking: The parking lot is kind of small. When it fills up, it gets a little difficult to maneuver in and out of a parking space.

I tried to give this Panda a few shots because I love Panda Express. This location Is ALWAYS terrible. I got skimped on the portion Per usual, I also got someone else plate. The manager gave me a hard time about it, yeah kinda like the hard rice she served me. Saying take a picture of the plate Bla Bla Bla. How about I bring u the plate Ma'am I don't want this at all. Fortunately for her I came on My lunch and had to return to work. So you got over $14.56 on me. Order number:248260 Sheesh you gotta be nicer to people out here Ma'am.
Now that the Panda Express that was in the Pavillions at Vine & Melrose down the street has closed, this location needs to step it up. They will be getting a lot more customers now who used to go to the PE in Pavillions .
You need to have a lot more food prepared and really be on your game here now .

Litterally got attacked by a guy leaving Panda express right in front of it, asking for help while the « security » and the staff kept watching me without moving. It has to be a woman in a car to start filming the incident for the guy to run away. Staff too slow anyway, and hygene not the top. Boycotting this place.
