First time visiting LA from Australia. Really clean place, staff were friendly, quick service, and good value for money if feeding a larger group. Seemed very popular. Fed a family of 5 for bit over $50 and food was tasty.

There was an employee there by the name of Julian who was probably the rudest person I've met working at a Panda Express. I was standing there ready to order I was not greeted he did not make any eye contact with me and I said excuse me are you ready and then he raised his voice and asked me are you ready!? Super rude. I get it we all have bad days but if you're in customer service maybe you shouldn't be at the front maybe you should be in the back if you're going to have that kind of attitude. All the different sodas in the soda machine were flat as well.

This place sucks for mobile order! Make sure you check your food is correct because they will switch out what you chose for something else simply because they don’t have what you asked for and they don’t even bother asking you if the accommodation is okay. It’s so frustrating to get home and not be able to eat your damn food because your doctor says you’re not allowed to have certain meats. This isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location either. It’s messed up. Do better!

Horribly operated location. Julian (worker at 8:30pm on 9/27) didn’t care or wasn’t properly trained to have the different dish available. Four were empty and he was basically offering 4 other options in the menu. Didn’t care to proactively have things ready and/or close to being ready. His attitude didn’t help. Poor training, poor attitude, never coming back.

Rude service, I went around 8pm
The girl there first started my order
I got the bigger plate they were low on everything, then Bryan H took over with my order, he started to ask what items I wanted and they didn't have enough so they had to make more and it was going to be a wait. Which was OK, he only asked the first two items then walked away to help other people. So when he was done I told him that my combo has 3 items and he only asked about 2 and that the third one I wanted was low too, so I was letting him know so he can let them know to start making it along with the other items. Then he responded with an attitude I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER. I don't know what the attitude was for I was trying to let him know, so they can start making it. Then when my food was ready he waves at me to let me know it's ready. He started to bag up my order and I told him that it was for here not to go. And he responded again with an attitude I ASKED YOU BUT YOU WERE ON YOUR PHONE. I am trying to save them the bag because I'm going to eat there and I don't want to be wasteful and throw the bag away. And if I was on my phone then I never told him that it was to go. I don't understand why Bryan H has such an attitude. Maybe he should look for another job, because food service and customer service is clearly not for him.

Today at 1 50 pm Cashier had a horrible attitude . Not only that when she gave me my change she literally threw it . What horrible customer service she had unfortunately i did not get her name. Usally other pandas have great attitude and personality.

Order a kids meal with a water bottle to go for my kid

And I received a kids meal with half scoop of beef broccoli and all cabbage no noodles

I even heard the cook tell the serve peeping the food wait I have a fresh batch coming out and the serve basically ignored and served me this shit

My kid received Luke warm cabbbage not chow mein and 4 pieces of broccoli no beef

And a cup of water not a bottle of water like the app stated because they were out

Not sure why, but food is never fresh here. They keep the bowls super empty at all times. They make extremely small batches of popular items and let them sit. Staff seems a bit agitated if you ask them when a new batch is coming out. Even if you’re willing to wait.
