It saddens me that Paru's has forever closed after many decades of memorable service. This little enclosed sanctuary located on Sunset Blvd was a landmark in the Hollywood area and above all - to Los Angeles. The place was more than a restaurant, it was pure serenity and filled with good vibes upon entering and dining. All the staff were nice and would always remember a familiar face or two. It's a compact place. Indian but South Indian like stuff more in thali or combo style. It was difficult to get the attention of the servers possibly because it was busy, but still. Had been here over earlier and had liked it marginally more then.
