ShaBuShi is going to be your NEW fav late night spot. It's serving up traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu, Ramen and Sushi but it's adding a Thai Twist with options such as Thai Boat Noodle Broth and Tom Yum Broth along side your typical Japanese based shabu shabu broth like sukiyaki, konbu, miso, etc. What is going to surprise you is their dipping sauce called Thai Sukiyaki (tastes like kao man gai suace) and it is absolutely a game changer. Just got off work really late and came here with a couple of coworkers. We were exhausted, really hungry, and honestly just wanted somewhere we could sit down, eat good food, and have a few drinks.
We ended up staying until almost 2 AM.
We ordered a bunch of dishes to share, had sake and beer, and just relaxed after a long day. The sashimi was fresh, the food was really good, and it was nice not feeling rushed even though it was so late.
