We had yet another brilliant dinner from Sugo!
They visited our STEAM night and their food was amazing!! I had the chicken parm and ALSO the eggplant sandwich served in the most delectable pizza dough type roll ever! Totally authentic and couldn’t believe the quality from a truck! YUM!!

So happy to have tried Sugo!
I only dipped my toes into the flavor pool ordering only the French Fries and the Meatballs and sauce!
Having had an Italian Chef for a Father, I grew up being able to tell good Italian flavors from a simple dish like Meatballs and Sauce (gravy)!
Both were excellent from Sugo!
Hot from heat, great texture and fine flavors and plenty of food!
I'm looking forward to delving deeply into the menu next time!
