Food is o.k. Not exactly New York. Food preparation can vary sometimes. Sometimes not enough sauce on the pizza. Spaghetti sauce can be stingy.
Young girl there has nasty take it or leave it attitude. Choose mature order taker.

I can’t believe that this place that has been an institution in my life for almost 55 years has become a crap hole. The pizza is more money now per slice and half the size of what it used to be. I will never be back and it sucks because it’s my favorite pizza and all of Los Angeles and now I have to say it’s my least favorite because of practices succumb to. Really sucks that I get half a slice for $7.14 when I used to get those grateful slice for six dollars and something cents and that made it worthwhile to actually park and come all the way in here for one slice of pizza, which I’ll never do again after 55 years makes them look stupid

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a pineapple ham pizza, but received a cheese pizza instead, despite paying extra. The staff was careless and didn’t bother to check my order properly. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I ordered a meatball sandwich and they used "one" single small- size meatball for the entire sandwich. Seriously? So, I cancelled my order and bought 2 meatballs for $4 a piece, went to Ralph's, bought a roll, and went home and made a "proper" meatball sandwich. I"ll never go back to Patsy D'Amore's. I get it, their rent is high at the Farmer's Market. So, charge a dollar more and make a real sandwich. One little meatball for a whole sandwich? Pla-leeze.

I ordered a calzone with 3 toppings after looking up their prices online. I was expecting the calzone to be 17.50 before tax, it ended up being over 20 and then tax ended up at $26 and change... I called and they didnt want to help me out just said the price changed but didnt want to honor what I was under the impression i was going to pay. they lost a customer because of false advertisement and failure to accommodate a price adjustment. i work at the grove and I will tell my coworkers about this. dont get duped.

I ordered a 16ā€ half Hawaiian & pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. The wait time was supposed to be 10 minutes for the pizza based on what the teenager working the register said. The wait time was over 25 minutes and the pizza was burnt. My family wanted to get the burnt pizza switched out. Instead of making a pizza with two separate toppings, they seem to make two separate pizzas and gave the halves of those two. One of the teenagers working opted to switch the two slices of 16ā€ pizzas for two of the smaller premade ā€œ12 pizzas. Any logical person would agree that it makes sense to switch out the slices with the other half of the 16ā€. As someone wrote before me, the quality of this place has gone down. No wonder Patsy is looking for additional part-time workers; their existing workers aren’t doing their jobs.

I’ve been a local coming to the Farmer’s Market for 15yrs. My mother was in town and I brought her here. She ordered the caesar salad and it was the saddest excuse for food there is. The ā€œchickenā€ was processed and looked worse than what you’d get out of a can. There were 4 pieces of that with a plate of wilted lettuce and Parmesan cheese that comes out of packets. It was $15 and it was appalling. This place should be ashamed of themselves for this highway robbery. Save your money and go to Trader Joe’s across the street for a salad that doesn’t resemble garbage. My mother deserves a refund. She was thoroughly taken advantage of.

We have been ordering take out and delivery from Patsy's for years and years. Unfortunately the pizza we had delivered tonight was terrible. Almost no sauce. Almost no cheese. Seemed to be hours old. Poor quality. Very sad and very disappointing.

Bought a slice of cheese without looking. What I got must've been sitting around a while and was served at room temperature. Might've been good if it wasn't old and cold.

Six dollars and 84 cents for a mid slice of pizza is insane

Simple but good. Reason they've been there like 100 years.
