I really like that they stamp each empanada with what's inside. Such a relief to be able to vote in with confidence! Friendly servers are happy to explain stuff. All of the vegetarian options are good, although they need sauce to bring out the flavor. That's partly because they're baked not fried so you don't get the oily richness. i tried the chicken empanada and my bf had the beef jalapeño empanada. both were good and were stuffed with the filling. i felt the chicken empanada was a tad dry though we came ~45min before they closed, so there wasn't much of a line. although they were closing soon, the empanadas still tasted pretty fresh
