Singapore's Banana Leaf Reviews
We always go for the Paratha!
This is one of very few places to get some of my favorite southeast asian food (Singaporean/Indonesian/Malaysian) in this area. The food is amazing and perfectly made, the farmers market space is touristy but lively and fun, and there’s good energy all around.
I like to foods mostly thai style rather than chinise prices are normal

Singapore's Banana Leaf offers a variety of Indonesian and Singaporean dishes, with standouts including the Gado Gado and Laksa. The Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng are decent, but could benefit from stronger flavors. The restaurant provides freshly made Asian food at very affordable prices, with dishes that often include lots of vegetables making them healthy options. Customers can request to adjust the spice level, and medium spice is usually just right. The location, within The Original Farmers Market next to The Grove shopping center, has a lively Asian Hawker’s market vibe. While some dishes stay true to their authentic flavors, others may vary. The restaurant is praised for its cozy, casual atmosphere and quick service, though seating can be limited and food may take some time to prepare. Overall, the food is generally delicious, and many enjoy the Singapore chendol drink, although some found the laksa and fried noodles to be disappointing.
