Like the touchscreen ordering - quick and easy, especially when the barista helped. Disappointed all the coffee stirrers and utensils were all plastic, no wood or compostable materials. Peet’s has come a long way from Berkeley!😞
The gentleman making coffees was wonderful and efficient! The line was decently long, however he had everyone tell him their orders so he could make them while in the line before paying!

Only one staff serving during peak time. Waited 20 mins for a hot boiling coffee which you can not drink immediately.
