This morning, I stopped by for a pumpkin spice latte, and when I got back to work, one of our patients, a four legged golden retriever, knocked it out of my hand and spilled all over me. When I went back to the location to ask for them to remake it, not only did they do it for me free of charge but the barista, Angie remembered my order from hours earlier by heart without me having to say anything. Wow, Talk about customer service! I can’t say nice things about the team at Peet’s on Westwood. Thanks for making my day.

Peet's is a neighborhood gem, when I just have to have another cup of coffee this is my go-to coffee shop in Westwood, I have never had a bad experience here and their team is always in a good mood! Last weekend I stopped in after showing a home up the street and picked up a box of their Big Bange blend to-go for my neighborhood association meeting and I overheard guests at our meeting saying how good the coffee was! Thank you Peet's Westwood!
Love the pastry items they offer, the almond croissant is amazing. Service was quick and friendly :)

Very poor service and slow barista must be fast and efficient but these guys talk n talk takes them 5 minutes to get you cream for simple coffee. Must be trained again . The store in Montana are great and fast amazing

Listen Im leaving a review because they play great music here. All the rnb Jams from the 90’s that us Jews and blacks love alike. Occasional 90’s emo too once in a while. Good stuff, whoever was bumping jams feb 16 keep it up. Even as I type this they have like Tony Braxton Ashanti type stuff going crazy 😩🙂↕️
