It was a delightful experience to try traditional Persian ice cream outside of my home country. The decor was charming, and the ice cream tasted just as it should. I definitely recommend it.
As an avid sugar enthusiast a friend of mine recommended I try Persian ice cream and I was not disappointed!To my surprise the post covid era has not stopped them from allowing taste tests of the many flavors! After trying all of them (most given my nut allergy) I settled on “Creamy Rosewater” and “Rosewater sorbet” though “French Lavender” and “Persian Cucumber” came in a very close second and third! I went there for the traditional person Ice cream but they have successfully evolved in more mainstream flavors as well as created new interesting flavors like Herbal Snow which is a clever (and tasty) combination of herbs and chia seeds.
