We really enjoyed the cheese buldak. Had a level of spice that was good for us. Definitely get it with rice. We liked the gangjung cup, as well

The machine for order was laggy and then crashed we waited for an hour and thirty minutes and when we finally got it the part of the food was cold (although I will say they tried there best in the end)

was overcharged for food and when i brought it up they fought me on the charges (was charged $18 for 2 halves) when we wanted a full chicken wing basket with 2 flavors…we asked before hand and they just charged us the most amount.

So we got here WELL BEFORE closing time at around 8pm (they close at 11pm). It was around 8 of us, and we split ourselves into 2 groups, one of 3 and one of 5, and we'd each get up and order from the cash register and pay there. Despite this, we still go charged the "large group fee" or service fee or whatever it is called ?. Nevertheless, Eric was a fantastic manager and server, so the ranking is bumped from 3 to 4. The last order of chicken took a whole lot longer to get sent out than usual, so I am assuming some miscommunication happened in the kitchen and they forgot to put it in, but no biggie. Pelicana is incredible in terms of the quality (this is the 3rd location I've visited): the fried chicken is top-notch and truly an option to consider if you are craving some fried chicken.

Worst ever terrible dirty oil dirty chicken like trash!!! I won't eat it even if it's free. They were fried with old oil, so the fries were brown and so hard that I thought my teeth would chip. Without exaggeration, it is several times harder than cookies. I guess the chicken is also an old chicken. What's even funnier is that it has 4 legs. 2 large chicken legs, 2 small chicken legs. Where did you get the leftovers? It's worse than convenience store chicken. Why do Koreans do business like that? I complained over the phone just by looking at the color of the fried food, but the whole time I was eating it, it was harder than a snack, so it was a waste of money, but I couldn't eat it because it looked like trash. I almost threw away all the chicken. This is a refund shop, but there are places that do business like this, so please take the money and feel guilty. The first few times I ordered it because I liked the clean oil, but as time went by, the color of the frying got darker and the chicken became extremely hard, so I guess you could call it trash. Don't play around and do business like this by taking other people's money and eating it.

My family loves this place a lot. But taste and service are inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes so so. Nonetheless, reasonable price justifies it and makes this place as an all-time candidate.

Food here is great! I’ve been here three times, once to go and twice dine in. For the life of me I can’t understand but the service is nonexistent? The wait staff is perfectly nice but just innatentive AF. It is very awkward and can make the food feel less worth it, despite how good it is. I think it would be more suited to fast casual, where you pay first.

Went in for a light bite and ordered sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries aren’t that easy to make, but let me tell you, this restaurant makes them perfectly – with a little bit of crunch, the right bit of softness, and the perfect bit of yumminess.

I was worried because the review score was low, but it was really delicious. I ordered fried chicken and seasoned chicken, and the seasoned chicken sauce was super spicy... It was really deliciously spicy, and the fried food was delicious even when it was cold. I thought that when I go back to Korea, it would be nice if the Pelicana near my house tasted like this. And please get a stamp for 4 hours of free parking. Just bring your parking permit and go.
