Amazing food, terrible customer service. Needs some training.

Very slow service I come to pick up an order for delivery it took over 10mins to come out not ok n it wasn't that busy y'all need to do better

I was really looking forward to eating here, but the experience was a letdown. We ordered Combo 3, but the server brought out the incorrect items. We ended up waiting an hour just for the chicken to arrive. When the bill came, we realized we had been overcharged as well. Bad communication and slow service. Disappointing.

So I I was stoked when I saw there was a Pelicana in LA cause I moved from NYC and was obsessed with the Pelicana there in k-town. It’s definitely the same establishment but different in a sense that this one you are semi-served by an employee who brings the food to the table when you order on a tablet. We had to keep getting up to ask for napkins, utensils etc. when it was not brought with the food. We ordered bone in and boneless in sauce with a different sauce on each one. The sauces were definitely super sweet and I love spicy sweet so was disappointed when it was so sweet to the point I couldn’t eat it. They definitely did not taste like the chicken I’ve had before at the Pelicana in NYC or any other authentic K fried chicken. I will say the spicy pork dumplings were yummy but it came with no sauce in which you had to order a packet of something to dip it in. They didn’t have soy sauce but we got the garlic soy which was a good choice for the dumplings. We paid $52 with tax for a half order of boneless with sauce as well as a 9 pc order of wings along with an order of pork dumplings and gotta say left very sad and still hungry.

The wait time for takeout was extremely long, and there was essentially no service. I was left waiting the entire time with no updates, while dine-in customers were clearly being prioritized and served much faster. Very disappointing experience.

The supply on hand planning is not great here. More than once that I've come here there wasn't flavored soju. Cabbage salad was not available because there was no cabbage. The cheese tteokbokki and original fried chicken are good. Server was responsive when we called for the bill at the end of the meal. No wait when we entered.
