The ambience was outstanding! We were fortunate enough to score a seat on the rooftop. Our out-of-town guests were really happy with the views. There was a bigger table with wicker benches that were closer to the skyline, and as the place was nearly empty upon our 10 AM arrival, we asked to sit at one of those tables. Our fifth guest was unable to make it, and we were told the tables were for parties of five or more only so we would not be able to sit there. Within 10 minutes...

It's an upscale, french themed rooftop restaurant/bar that offers great ambience, aesthetically pleasing food and of course drinks.

It's also right around the corner from Pershing Square in DTLA which means—among other things—no parking (valet is $17 for 4hrs).

I went at 6:30pm on a Sunday (before labor day) without a reservation and was told there were no outside seats available until 11pm. I literally stared at two open outside...

I was excited to take my wife for our anniversary. It was our 1st time there.
Everything was top notch from the time we entered the elevator to the time we left the bar at the top.
I was just a little disappointed that they didn't mention our anniversary or make even a small gesture acknowledging it.
We will return.
