I looked at the other reviews, and I didn’t see anything wrong with the noodles and meat in my oxtail pho… The noodles were served separately from the oxtail and the broth and noodles were piping hot. I did down to the last IMHO this is the best place for oxtail pho!!

The Pho was alright. Wasn't super busy, but vermicelli didn't seem well cooked and the meat was cold.

The food at this place used to be really good and tasted delicious. I stopped by today and was disappointed.
The food was not as good as it used to be. Something interesting I saw today is that there is no longer an Asian chef in the kitchen... The cook was a Latin American guy, which makes this type of food less and less authentic. I'm also Latino, in case the hate wants to talk.
An Asian restaurant with a Latino chef is like a taco stand with an Asian cook.

Been coming here for years. Never disappoints. Top 3 pho in town! Love the women who run the place and love the broth! Particularly noteworthy is all the extras you get. Onions, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, peppers, limes. Other places give you a couple of those extras, but, here, you get it all! Consistently great!

Oxtail pho went stupid. Wish the summer rolls were upgraded. Wish there was some sort of music playing or some crashing waves to make the vibe complete. ⭐️

Literally sitting in my car in front of the place @ 12:31am and sign states they're open until 1:00am. CLOSED. What a waste of a drive to come! Change your business hours!!!!

One of my favorite pho spots and I’ve tried hundreds. Get the oxtail pho and egg rolls. Really fresh and delicious and open late!

It's dingy, tight place. Meals arrive quickly but there's no reason to stay once you're finished. Food flavor: Acceptable; broth is mediocre. Value: Not so much; $18 for a small seafood soup. Service: There's none. Ambience: Not a place that would impress your date.

Why is this place open? The food was incredibly substandard. When I asked if they served bun, the waitress said that that was Thai?! WRONG. I got the vegetarian “fried” noodles that were stuck together with a few pieces of napa cabbage, carrots and tofu. It was entirely unseasoned so bland as was the accompanying broth. It was a deconstructed pho. Left a good tip anyway because I always do so $20 for lousy food and service was 💯 loss.
Upon reading older reviews referring to a Korean lady owner and that the dishes were Korean styled, this place must have changed ownership.

I've been coming to Pho 2000 for years, and it's long overdue for an updated review. This place is truly a gem! Every visit is greeted by the friendly ladies who work here, always welcoming with warm smiles and top-notch service. The quality of food never disappoints. I always go for the oxtail pho and summer rolls, and it's consistently fantastic. The bouillon is clean, rich, and flavorful, and they’re generous with the oxtail, which I appreciate. The summer rolls are always fresh and delicious, too. The restaurant is rather clean, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Pho 2000 and will absolutely keep coming back for years to come!

Pretty small place on a really poor looking street. The waitress wasn't as attentive with us as they were with the other customers. Food was fine, bean sprouts were old looking, peanut dip was a bit runny.
