I am highly disappointed at this place. Very dirty, letter grade B, found several bugs in my food, chairs are torn, waitress picking her nose (caught her). Just not good. I'm not desperate for food, I just want my food clean please without bugs and a waitress that knows about hygiene and that her customers are watching every step. It's Phoever Yuuk

Yesterday, I had an intense craving for a bowl of piping hot Vietnamese soup.

Lovely place to grab a bowl of Pho. The vegetarian Pho was excellent: tasty, and came with a generous quantity of silky tofu and veggies.

Great food. There has to be two different ladies working here. One is very nice, during the day. The one at night is mean to me, no is her favorite word, also rude to my service dog, she will be nice to everyone else but me. If she was nicer, I would have tipped. Oh well, maybe next time.

Ok so i only go to this pho restaurant if i have no other choice because its right across the street. It's currently raining a lot in LA so i was really in the mood for some pho. It's 8:20 and i look online and it says theyre open until 12am. I called the restaurant and the lady answered in a feeble tone said theyre only open til 9:30pm. So I walk over and at 8:30 there's literally no one in the restaurant. When I placed an order for a beef banh mi and a cup of broth, it took the lady a long time to understand what I wanted. She even had to go to the cook and ask him if he's able to make it. WAIT TIME: For a simple banh mi and a cup of broth, it took 30 minutes for it to come out. AND another customer came right after me and had a more complex order of pho and noodles and he got it his order BEFORE ME. SERVICE: The lady was constantly on her phone (see picture) that when my food was ready, she took her sweet time getting to it! And she forgot my soup! WATER (see picture): The drinking water they give you is ladled from a plastic bucket. With no filter. Not cold. No ice. FOOD (see picture): The banh mi was NOT A BAH MI. It was just beef, cilantro, onions, and jalapeí±os smothered in mayo on french bread. No pickled daikon, cucumbers, pate. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. And now i have a stomach ache!

Worst service ever! Won't even greet you! No wonder they are loosing customers. Don't even acknowledge customers.. I walked in they took about 10min to come to the front after I said excuse me.. (not exaggerating) and even then still didn't greet me.. I was so shocked. I was standing right in front of the register. I asked about my food and she was like okay and walked away mid sentence.. I would never go back their food isn't all that to put up with horrible service... don't waste your time going. There's two pho places up the street.. the place on 7th and western has better service and food..

Bad customer service! If u don't want people to come to your business then close it down. Act like we're begging for your food. Just so u know there's plenty other pho restaurants around. Never coming back here!

My go to place since it's close to my place, tasty enough and doesn't have the typical $15 dollar or so credit card minimum so when I feel like getting just a bowl I don't have to have cash or buy a side. Very decent stuff, I go for the house special most of the time. I usually find the higher rated pho places to be kind of bland and theirs taste better. They're always friendly and reliable. They're actually not 24 hours anymore but still opens late, like typical k-town pho hours

My buddy and I stopped by here at 9:30 on a Thursday night and when we were about to enter, this old lady told us they were closed and when we asked what happened she ignored us and closed the door. There were other customers inside so we left confused and still hungry.

Food is awful now. Don't know if it's the new management but after eating from here I had the worst stomach ache. And they open late now. This place used to be the only place I go to but I guess I have to find another.
