For the first time i had a bad experience with my pizza, the cheese had a funny taste to it, i called pizza hut back up, they told me to bring it back and they would make me another fresh one. When i picked it up they brought it out to me, and the crew member apologized and said if i had any other issues to bring it back and they would make it right. Awesome customer service, great manners and going above and beyond to ensure you have a great dining experience
We ordered pizza and the cookie tonight. The medium cheese was just okay. My personal size was just wonderful. But my special and rare treat to myself was bitterly disappointing. It's taste was "off", first thinking the shortening was rancid. But then I thought further. It seemed that they must have run out of their butter flavored shortening and, not being bakers, thought they could substitute oil, possibly canola oil. I got a small bbq chix which was surprisingly good BUT you have to get past the surly girl at ...reception who hates you and hates pizza and hates that someone put her with the public. The atmosphere is crummy. Put some love in that place. Geez. ITS OPEN TIL 130 and 2 am!
