So ordered my pizza and was delivered the wrong thing and got charge the same amount for a big dinner plate which I never got. I spoke to a representative his name is Luis who claims he is the one in charge horrible very rude didn’t help at all was screaming saying listen to me it’s the same thing two small sizes pizza and big dinner plate is not the same. I will never recommend will be reporting to my bank cause I was not satisfied at all. Am not going to quite until I get my refund.

If you say you open at 10:00, why can't you open exactly at 10:00? They opened the door for me at 10:08 and I had a feeling that I was somehow guilty, judging by the expression on the employee’s face 🫣😆 And I also don't understand this place, why don't they have a clear and understandable menu with prices? in fact, this is the reason why I avoid this place because I don’t understand what and how much it costs.. but I see that the pizza here is two or three times more expensive than in other places, and in reality this pizza no better than $8 or $9 pizza the same size. Right here this pizza costs 23 bucks..

When I come, it’s usually to pick up pizza on Fridays for my kids and the pizza is usually hot and ready and just the way we like it. The staff is friendly every time we come and make sure our order is right!

After my DoorDash order went missing, she handled everything so quickly and made the whole process easy. My pizza was undercooked, i asked them niceley to remake it and she told me its because dough is new. Then i said if the dough is not ready to be cooked then it should not be cooked. The lady had a terrible attitude when i just told i i dont want her to make another pizza and that i just want my money back, they were refusing to give me my money not abiding by their store policy.
