My pizza was undercooked, i asked them niceley to remake it and she told me its because dough is new. Then i said if the dough is not ready to be cooked then it should not be cooked. The lady had a terrible attitude when i just told i i dont want her to make another pizza and that i just want my money back, they were refusing to give me my money not abiding by their store policy.

I ordered the mushroom and "Mediterranean" olive pizza. It was TERRIBLE. Inedible. Doughy tasteless crust, cheap canned sauce, mediocre cheese and the olives were "California black olives," NOT "Mediterranean." I will not order from this restaurant again.

Luckily, I've never had a bad food experience and I order from here often. My problem is with the delivery fee. If you use doordash shouldn't the delivery fee go to them? And if you don't employ drivers at this location then why am I paying a delivery fee?

I'm not a picky person when it comes to food errors, it happens, I've worked the food industry before. However when you skirt the product quality and substitute with less adequate product and try to sell it as the original advertised product, thats where the issues will become noticeable. I have been to multiple Pizza Hut while I do work travel and have occasionally order Boneless Wings. Every PH until now has had Medium Sized Boneless Wing Chunks that barely fit into the Dipping Sauces Packs. This time I received these tiny things that are smaller than McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, something you'd get from the frozen food section in a Friday's box. This is a 16 Piece order and shouldve filled most of the bowl. As you can see in the pic this only covers the bottom. A normal 24 piece would be flowing to the top or they would use the next larger bowl size.The other part of my order which was a Large Stuff Crust Sausage Pizza is perfectly fine.

I ordered from here last Thursday, and it was not a great experience for me. I ordered online through the website, two pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery. I waited the stated wait time, and then some. I called the place back, and they said that the order had not been delivered because they were unable to call me back. They said that I had typed in my phone number wrong, which I am more than willing to accept as my fault...except, the number they said I typed could not have been possible. I don't see how on any keyboard a '2' could be fat-fingered into a '4'. But the restaurant said that they would try to re-deliver the order as soon as possible. After another long wait, my friend called the restaurant on my behalf. The receptionist said that they had forgotten about sending out re-delivery. I can appreciate the honesty, but that kind of customer service does not help much. We ended up canceling the order. I do not think that I will be ordered from this location any time in the near future.
