We were looking for a Pizza Hut in Los Angeles and we came to this one thinking that we would sit and eat comfortably, we found that it was a delivery place, but we still had a great time with the people there who were very kind and friendly. Thank you!!!

I'm not a picky person when it comes to food errors, it happens, I've worked the food industry before. However when you skirt the product quality and substitute with less adequate product and try to sell it as the original advertised product, thats where the issues will become noticeable. I have been to multiple Pizza Hut while I do work travel and have occasionally order Boneless Wings. Every PH until now has had Medium Sized Boneless Wing Chunks that barely fit into the Dipping Sauces Packs. This time I received these tiny things that are smaller than McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, something you'd get from the frozen food section in a Friday's box. This is a 16 Piece order and shouldve filled most of the bowl. As you can see in the pic this only covers the bottom. A normal 24 piece would be flowing to the top or they would use the next larger bowl size.The other part of my order which was a Large Stuff Crust Sausage Pizza is perfectly fine.

I ordered from here last Thursday, and it was not a great experience for me. I ordered online through the website, two pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery. I waited the stated wait time, and then some. I called the place back, and they said that the order had not been delivered because they were unable to call me back. They said that I had typed in my phone number wrong, which I am more than willing to accept as my fault...except, the number they said I typed could not have been possible. I don't see how on any keyboard a '2' could be fat-fingered into a '4'. But the restaurant said that they would try to re-deliver the order as soon as possible. After another long wait, my friend called the restaurant on my behalf. The receptionist said that they had forgotten about sending out re-delivery. I can appreciate the honesty, but that kind of customer service does not help much. We ended up canceling the order. I do not think that I will be ordered from this location any time in the near future.

0 Starts would be more accurate! I called the Pizza Hut on La Cienega. The guy sounded upset I called. I asked if they had any specials and he vaguely told me what they were. I placed my order and he gave me the time it would be ready and hung up. When I arrived, no one greeted me, I literally stood there for like 8 seconds and then said "Hi, I'm here to pick up my pizzas." A young guy finally asked me my name, brought them to me and didn't say a word! I thought I was being punked and filmed because the service was SO bad! But I wasn't. I never want to order from Pizza Hut again but unfortunately, it's my sons favorite and the pizzas were for his birthday. I just won't be back to this location. I'm still in shock at how AWFUL the service was!
Awesome service. The only Pizza Hut near us for miles. Wish there were more.

I made an order at 6 in the afternoon it was 7 and they didn't arrive I called and they digested me I waited 15 more minutes more this is very bad service very bad wooooo

I wasn't happy with my order or the delivery service provided by pizza hut. 1st of all, my crust was soggy and limp. 2nd was the delivery person just hunked the horn like crazy till someone came out to retrieve the food. He never ranged the doorbell.I paid 28 dollars for food and service that was worth no more than $10 dollars.
