At first, I was going to give a bad review but this Pizza Hut resolved my issue. I ordered 12pc. honey bbq bone-in wings w/personal pan pizza. The 1st delivery was all wrong. I got a 24pc habanero boneless wings...I HATE habanero!!! I called the restaurant and it took me almost 30 minutes to get through. When I finally got through, a very nice person(sorry I forgot his name!)apologized for the mistake and corrected the order. A 2nd delivery person arrived in less than 10 minutes....read full review
This place is not customer service friendly always. The staff sometimes don't give you washer you pay for, if a company is going to charge you for sauces (Ranch) make sure that you place it in the bag or with the food items....
Requested half meat lovers and half supreme. I got only supreme and a lecture on how to place an order. The receipt I had even read half meat lovers and half supreme, but that didn’t matter to the staff. They handed me the wrong pizza and I stood there waiting for my hot wings.
