$26 for this crap “avocado toast”, even though the menu says there are coffe, the server says there is no coffe. Unbelievable. Plus they don’t have WiFi . Bad experience in all aspects

The service was just as bad as the burger. Stood at he waiters station for a table for 10 minutes without anyone coming, so I had to find a table myself and asked to have it cleaned. The bun of the burger seemed like it was microwaved for 20 minutes. It was hard and crusty. No one told the customers the time the restaurant was closing so virtually everyone got kicked out. Definitely not worth the price or time going there.

The prices are the same at any airport restaurant. However, if we’re paying more, the service and quality should be better. But they don’t care about the customer because it’s highly likely you’ll never come back. They’re only interested in making a one-time sale. Come on! You can do better and be different.

As soon as we sat down (after a 48 airport drama ) a server came up to us and immediately without even a hello “Are you going to eat? Because if not you can’t sit here “ I was gobsmacked !! I said we would start with a drink and after the this server kept bugging us every 60 seconds for what we were going to order. I asked if we were on a time limit and he said yes 90 minutes. With that we made sure we ordered and straight after we finished eating our server (who for some reason wore aviator sunglasses the whole time even though the restaurant was inside) came at us with the bill even though we still wanted to order cocktails!!! After we finished our cocktails the server took my card and tipped himself 20%!! On both the receipt he presented me at the table and the one at the counter I crossed out the tip and put the correct amount but as he already had my card he helped himself
And for the haters …yes I. Would have voluntarily tipped if he wasn’t so so so RUDE.

Absolutely rude staff and disgusting behaviour on their behalf, I was waiting for my bank app to load and because I didn’t place an order straight away the staff member said I wasn’t going to order anything and so the manager kicked me out saying they don’t need my service or they’ll call the cops if I don’t leave, the place had 3/4 vacancy, I wasn’t bothering anyone or hindering more patrons and he told I can wait outside for it to load! What a terrible human! They need educating on customer service and respect!

Small tiny portions, high prices. Food is horrible. Service is so, so. Back in December 2024 ordered salmon, rice was overcooked. In March, 2025 ordered salmon again, fish shrank in size by 50%, but price went up. Manager Chad, is arrogant and rude. Do not recommend even to my worst enemy.

I waited 10 mins at the host stand waiting for someone and no one ever came. I saw people walk in and sit down. So after a little longer I grabbed a menu and sit down. The male server (I don’t know his name) immediately came down and told me I had to leave because I had food from another place. I told him I was trying to buy food for my son and he didn’t believe me and told me I had to leave, and I tried to argue with him that I wanted to buy food for my son, but he kept telling me I wasn’t allow to and he didn’t know who told me I could. I told him no one did cause I had been waiting for 10 mins and no one came up. He argued with me still and made me leave. I set my stuff down and talked to the manager who said her name is Cindy. She said she’d talk to him and that is must be a misunderstanding. I said I kept trying to explain it but he kept cutting me off. She wouldn’t give me his name and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. I told her that that server was awful and this was awful and she didn’t care. I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m mad that they wouldn’t let me buy food for my son because I had food from somewhere else. DON’T GO HERE!

Bit of a rip-off: we saw the menu but were only shown the price when we sat down. Ended up paying $65 for an average burger and three soft tacos (no drinks). Felt like an airport swindle, but at least they lit us sit for a few hours while we waited for our flight

THIS PLACE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGES YOU 18.5% TIP, even if you eat alone and their service is bad. In which world the restaurant decides by themselves how much to charge customers for tips??? Crazy.

The waiter told me at the time of paying the bill that tips were mandatory and when I asked about this charge he got angry and after paying he rudely gave me back my money and told me that I couldn't sit in the chairs. My order was a salad and it was only lettuce and a little chicken. A very high price for the product they served me.

They told us that they do not serve snacks or drinks, and that we could only order food. They mentioned that the coffee machines were out of order and that beer was only available if we ordered food. We were two people, but when we ordered only one meal along with a snack, they did not accept it.
