PV House has become a favorite spot for all of us at Apex across the street. Our company regularly books it out for big celebrations, milestones, and parties, and they always do an amazing job hosting us! During football season, a crew of us also heads over for Thursday Night Football, so it’s definitely become a place we spend a lot of time!

Playa Vista itself is a good example of neotraditional town design. It’s a walkable neighborhood with groceries and other services centrally located. What makes it even more special is having an establishment like Playa Vista House contribute to the vibe of the community. We were fortunate to visit the week that PV House sponsored Steely Jam, a local Steely Dan tribute band. What a generous way for the owners to support arts and entertainment and people gathering to hang...read full review

Playa Vista House | P.V. House is described as the best sports bar in West LA, with excellent food, especially the pasta dishes and great burgers, very good fish n chips, and delicious pizza and roasted veggie rice bowls. The BLT plus A(avocado) on ciabatta bread is crazy good, and the jerk chicken salad is a large, fresh portion. The buffalo cauliflower with chopped carrots and celery and ranch dressing is also a highlight. The open air sports bar and restaurant is perfect for warm summer weather, with plenty of seating and a large patio with comfy seating. The walls are covered with sports memorabilia, and there is a neat neon sign with a photo opportunity.
The bar is a lively spot for watching baseball, basketball, football and futbol, with plenty of TV screens from almost any angle. It is a great place to bring family and friends, and it is a child friendly environment. Staff is hospitable, and owners and managers check on guests. The food is surprisingly far better than expected, and the cocktails are crafty, though the standard can vary; the pear infusion is amazing, the Playa Side is okay for those who prefer sweeter drinks, but the Smokey Margarita is not made or balanced well. The hurricane martini is delicious. There is paid parking nearby and free 2-hr street parking. Overall, it is a cool neighborhood bar and a popular spot with the Playa Vista community.
