Dirty restroom, no paper. My Ala carte sandwich & one piece of chicken order took 35 minutes. I asked for hot sauce and chipotle sauce and the guy in charge wanted to charge me extra. I waited 30 minutes +

Crazy. Service is garbage. The young lady with the braces was very sweet and the only redeeming part of this experience. Everyone else had a bad attitude and were too slow.

I found a worm in my chicken as I was cutting almost done with it. This is disgusting I have already filed a complaint to the LA health department for this issue. Definitely staying away!

I have been coming here for years and never have had a problem. Lately, they are always out of food. I order online and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order. The lady in the kitchen is so rude. I asked a simple wait time question and she was so defiant. Definitely thinking about returning here.

Homeless everywhere and workers don't care. Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and the chicken looked like it wasn't even cooked. It looked rubbery. Never coming back to this spot

They say that it’s open late but they try to close at 10.34 pm. I came here they said that they’re cleaning up and 20min wait !!

I was food poisoned by this Popeyes location the other night. They served me raw/funky chicken & by the time I realized it was too late, I ate half of the leg. I called the location & no one answered. This place used to be so good, it was fresh & service was always excellent... I literally come from Glendale to eat here, but lately it's become a disgusting place to eat & the door handles are gross. Don't eat here.
