To just have opened the biscuits were very burnt didn’t enjoy!!

Had fish sandwich today was horrible too much salty and burned hard like stone straight went to trash. Cajun fries was okay and biscuits was so good and fried chicken was so good too. Avoid there fish sandwich they dont know how to make fish sandwich.

It was my first time eating at this location in Los Angeles. The place was very clean to sit and have a meal. The location area is not so great, The employee who took my order made me feel safe as he would come out to the lobby right away to wipe tables down as soon as a customer left. He was very attentive towards me when I needed something. On top of that the chicken was cooked to perfection and fresh. I will visit this location again when traveling through this area.

I had gotten a big order of chicken strips for the family and waited a long time for it to be chicken all smashed and hard and full of breadcrumbs or batter. All other Popeyes are good except for this location.

First impressions mean a lot to me. First time I was assisted by (whom I am assuming is the manager) serious and very rude. I completely understand that when there is a high volume of customers in the store, it could be overwhelming, but that shouldn't be a reason to be rude to your customers. Overall reason why I go to this restaurant is that is super close to work and it is fast food which can satisfy a craving.
