Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I place a order on the popeyes app for pick up, when I arrive at the restaurant the lobby doors were locked. The hours sign said that they close at 10pm, I arrive there at 9:30pm so I don't understand why they closed the lobby. I clearly can see people working inside the restaurant.

What happen to this Location of Popeyes I am really Disappointed the chicken family meal I ordered was really bland and no flavor.

5 chicken strips in combo .. one of them was raw.. I ask no sauces just honey — they forgot I was the only one in the drive through.. the coke was almost empty half of the cup was ice.. it’s the worst Popeyes and $20 for this is a waste of money

Really good service here. It’s one of the only Popeyes that has a drive thru. The employees are fast, friendly & accurate. I’ve been using the drive thru window several times now. I think it’s well worth visiting!!!

Both restrooms are out of service. The soda machine for dine-in orders does not work.

I'm so disappointed with this location. I ordered food from this location 2/27/2026. 11:30 am. For delivery I never received my food i tried calling the driver. The driver stated Popeyes input the wrong address. I tried several times calling Popeyes at their location there voicemail isn't set up to receive messages. I'm requesting for a full refund and re-delivery. I was visting a family member trying to treat for lunch. Such a sour experience. Please advise TB

I have ordered two time the first time was 06/25/2025 and today 09/30/2025 the service was very bad. The first time I ordered I got less than half of the food I ordered and payed for. This time there was a drink missing and sauces I payed extra for and not just thar my food was hard and dull. My fries felt and tasted like they had been done for a while and they just reheated them. The chicken was raw and also felt hard and nauseating I had to put the food in my air fryer to cook it right. The delivery guy was very disrespectful he did not listen when I told him to wait for a bit just for me to check my order he left and did not wait for me to speak. He was rude and he just gave me my bad a rushed off. I did not like any of the service I got today I had to cook the food better myself.

They have do a little bit more in keeping up with the grounds. The place looks a little unkempt on the outside. Also, the inside also appears to be suffering from some deferred maintenance.

Staff was a bit slow to respond and appeared bothered by customer requests.

I understand when staff is alone in the back goofing around having fun, completely acceptable. But when customers around, you need to put on your game face.

Some coaching for staff is probably in order as well.

Amazingly bad experience. Went to try the hot ones collabs. Some of the dippers were freezer burned and inedible. Rojo sandwich was pretty good still. The dab ghost wings didn’t feel like it had any spice (I even felt like the just gave us plain wings) and to top it off they didn’t even give us the last dab ranch. The fries were stale. I will never eat here again.

Popeyes are usually bad , but I came to this one in hopes it would be different( it’s new, looks clean ) boy was I wrong . The have no ac , no refills , the staff was rude …I spent 45 dollars and couldn’t get once sauce?! They wanted 55 cents per sauce !!!! Never again Popeyes .

This was there poor excuse for buffalo wings.
Out of 12 wings there are 2.5 wings with buffalo sauce
