I don't like the kiosks

My son loves Popeyes 😊! I usually order from the app and I did the same today also. For some reason the app didn't give me correct status when I went pick up my order. And I ordered again😬. i saw my name twice on the board and I immediately requested assistance. Andrea was kind enough to understand the technical glitch and refunded one of my order. Great Team at Popeyes Mission Hills! Way to go!

It's an ok place, its not run down or dirty, but it isn't in tiptop shape. The food takes a while to come out but it tastes great

I'm not a big fan of these kiosks and being forced into using it wasn't a good start. Food served quickly, staff friendly, food not the best. Chicken tenders were dry and overcooked, shrimp also overcooked, one of them I couldn't chew it was so over done. Would I recommend this place? No, would I return? No.

The food is good but man they just spray the wings on one side and not even coat them. No other Popeyes does this and this it the third time they do it to me.

They tore down a neighboorhood sit down Original Pizza hut Buffet for this place...As a result we have Popeyes chicken. Which could have been built elsewhere. Or you can go to San Fernando....not really a special place.

If you're in a hurry don't come here..
If you think you're gonna get your food like other popeye timing don't come here..
They only have kiosk so that means all the employees should be working on orders.. Nope, 2 of them are siting on their phones and one came out the bathroom.. And to top it off I came in and ordered my food and Literally watched 6 different people who came after me get there's first and No it wasn't online orders they ordered from the kiosk just like me.
And when I got my drink well look at the pic.

Came here super busy night the manager Francisco he was on top of it and he gave us great customer service and also helped all the customers with the machine with our drinks with the food and he was dealing with a couple awful customers at the same time but still handle it like only an asset to your team would the chef I believe was Andrea and that mac and cheese was awesome best ever thank you so much for the great experience tonight bye

1.Made a mistake on drink size but worker/Manager wouldn't reverse size, since automatic kiosk have it on large.
2 my lady had a simple question before order but they couldn't answer, since they want everything kiosk and not be bothered (at the time we were the only two there)
3 37 dollars for:two basic meals ...no customer service, rather go to chick fillet or a sit down place.
4. They are stingy with napkins and sauces.

Very disappointed with the Kiosks. Was hoping for a register. Why bother with a kiosk, when people can just order online? Cashiers are better for those who don't have the app, not kiosks.
