I had a really disappointing experience at the Popeyes location. I understand it was a busy day, but that doesn’t excuse the level of poor customer service we received.

From the moment we walked in, the staff showed no eye contact, no communication, and overall came off very dismissive. The manager in particular set the tone for the entire experience. Her attitude, tone, and body language were unprofessional….she ignored questions, responded only when she felt like it, and made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

We spent around $70–$80 as a group, and the food quality did not match the price. It felt rushed and poorly prepared. The sandwiches had excessive mayo, and the mac and cheese was especially disappointing in both appearance and taste.

Overall, both the service and food quality were below standard. The leadership at this location clearly needs improvement, as it directly affects the entire team’s behavior and the customer experience.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Never go here the employees where treating my kids really bad manager and another employee were mistreating my kids and they gave 6 people there order and my son ordered his food before those people other customers told the manager there’s no reason for you to talk to them like that she’s like mind your own business and that’s when I when I’m and the manager said your order is coming out and I said no give me my money back

Every time I place a online order I place it 20-30 minutes in advance and I come to pick it up it's never ready and they always try to give you something that you didn't pay for or want I'm tired of it and I want be coming back and I'll be calling coperate

Really good tasting fried chicken. Probably has the best crunch in the crispy game. The location is kept extremely clean and great staff with awesome customer service. JUST EAT THE CHICKEN. They have the nastiest Greasiest over and over used frying oil flavor of Fries in the world. But it’s not just this location; it’s ALL! Which is why they get 4 stars.
