Worst customer service you got a line of people standing waiting to be helped with their pick up mobile orders and delivery orders and tell me why they sit here being ignored for like ever and still keep pushing thru the drive thru line and yet they tell you to walk up instead to be ignored SMFH

It is good to employ the youth to gain experience in the working world but I will say that all of the very young employees there are sometimes rude and unattentive to customers..... with some more customer service training I am sure the overall experience on each visit there will be more welcoming for every customer, and please on the feedbacks from management/corporate ENOUGH with the apologies!!!!! It is your obligation to ensure Every customer leaves that establishment with a good experience and NOT upset or ignored!!!!!

Chicken was rubbery i dont even know why like 1/4 of it was like that and I had to eat it by force normally that never happens but I didn't enjoy my meal please do better this is not a way to serve someone food.

Chicken was hot, crispy and tender.

Thanks for allowing me to share my thoughts and concerns. As a former fast food industry worker, I want to say that I am very concerned about this store. My wife and I decided to stop by today because we love this chain, Popeyes has always been apart of our lives. As a customer there were many red flags.

🚩 I stood there for over 7 minute waiting on what was right in front of us. This happened because instead of being concerned with customer connections they were more concerned about the work. Now don’t hear what I’m not saying, but when running a company you have to, as they say, chew bubble gum and walk at the same time. So not only is the work important, but there would be no work if the customers weren’t ordering. I didn’t not feel taken care of at all.

🚩 After waiting there, I got very little communication, no eye contact while expressing my needs and a continuation of walking off as I was talking. Most would say that it’s because of the area and they get a lot of customers and they man be, as they say “over it” but no matter the location, the heart of customer service should always be in every establishment, especially when we are paying customers who attribute to their employment.

🚩 My food was held hostage because of the apps mishap. Now I get it, some people may come in giving false names but when I show you the name of the order and the second order with the same name isn’t visible on the app, that is no means to hold my food hostage especially when we have a email confirmation.

The atmosphere is neglecting, some workers are very disrespectful, and although the store makes money, the ultimate goal of customer connections will never be great unless changes are made.

Thank you to all the worker who truly give their whole hearts to this job, I hope this feedback spurs you on to greatness and not bitterness, for that is not my intention.

The workers are not nice
Poor service. Also they said they do not take orders that you have to use a kiosk why is that so? 🤔
This location needs to be boycotted.
