First of all their customer service is horrible just as the quality of their food. I live 15 mins away from this location and when I got home I saw my food was too cold and fries were too oily. I shouldn’t need to go all the way back there just to make a complaint on my food when they should’ve given me what I paid for in the first place. Never going back!!

Had me waiting in line for 15 minutes for only one car ahead of me. Food was not fresh when I got it. Completely unacceptable and disappointed! DO NOT GO ON NIGHT SHIFT

As much money as I spent on my families meal tonight, which was good, YALL ALWAYS FORGET PART OD MY ORDER. I ordered an 8pc meal w/ coleslaw, 3 fish sandwiches, fries (because y’all were out of Mac n cheese), 2 strawberry cream cheese pies, and 2 apple pies. My bad for not checking before I left the drive through, but I get home and guess what? The pies are not in the bag. So disappointing after spending $66.87. I find the phone number to call about my missing food, and guess what? It’s a fast busy signal, like the phone is off the hook. It is too hot and am too tired to drive all the way back over there…SMFH
