This is it for me I will not order food from this Popeyes ever again
You overcook chicken, more batter than chicken. Rice and beans was more like rice and gravy that taste like beans.
I have supported this establishment for the last time
The employees evidently dont care about the food thats leaving this place, they are going to get paid regardless of the reviews
The owner gets paid regardless of the reviews so don't apologize again because I tried again and no change
I will get in my car and go to the Popeyes that i know cares because I have never had a complaint for them
A 3.8 rating is way to high qnd thats bad

Had a great experience at this Popeyes thanks to Bertha (the manager) and Chrissy! They helped resolve a previous issue quickly and with genuine kindness. Both were polite, effective, and really went above and beyond. Brought a little light to my day—thank you!

I ordered using the app , when I arrived my food was ready and the young girl that was the cashier was friendly and didn’t mind my special request of extra sauce on my bone in wings. I am thankful for customer service like that honestly! Check them out guys but i recommend ordering ahead using the app you will always see their deals that way too 🫶🏼

I come here a lot but recently for the past 4 times same employees always get my order wrong. 22 dollars for non spicy chicken even after they repeat it always get it wrong. Either gotta fix that or gotta let go of incompetent workers

Slow workers, slow service, dirty tables, and garbage can inside filled. Homeless people sleeping at the tables, the workers arent wearing gloves or hair nets....just no. Can't comment on the food cause I don't eat it..

I purchased some food on 4/8/25 for 31.81 for red beans and rice, fries, chicken strips, and other stuff. These mofos turned and charged me another $7.45 for some red beans and rice and a drink. I disputed the charge with my debit card company and they reversed it because the card was present. No crap it was present he swiped it when I gave him the card to swipe it the first time. I didn’t realize I was charged that 7.45 until I checked my account. Even though they are located in Los Angeles it says Popeyes in Cerritos. I should have just disputed both damn transactions and got free food. I highly recommend yall pay in cash cuz they will continue to swipe without you knowing. If they were hungry they could have just asked me for food.

I ordered a six piece spicy tender meal I was given classic tenders no receipt was given to me and the restrooms are out of service for customers all the time as a driver I look for for somewhere to go to wash my hands when I’m going to eat. I eat Popeyes two times a week because the restroom.

Last Friday on 03/21/2025 at around 6:30pm the worker Joanna was very helpful. She not only took the order with a smile but went above and beyond to double check the food quality but asked how my day was. Joanna deserves a promotion

Poor customer service. I arrived to pick up food and in a nicely way I asked for it to the cashier guy that told me straight forward with a bit of attitude “We’re not doing those orders”. I asked what was the reason of it and he said “why people want explanation of everything”. I was like boyyyy calm down 😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

Came for pickup and the doors were locked. When I asked the drive thru attendant if she could hand me my order she was extremely rude and dismissed me. I will never be coming back here again if this is the service their employees are giving customers.

I ordered my honey barbecue wings and they didn't even want these cubes of sauce! Besides, inside the restaurant there are people without uniforms and they are having a party! The girl at the drive through doesn't listen because of so much noise! BAD Service
