Poor customer service. I arrived to pick up food and in a nicely way I asked for it to the cashier guy that told me straight forward with a bit of attitude “We’re not doing those orders”. I asked what was the reason of it and he said “why people want explanation of everything”. I was like boyyyy calm down 😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

Came for pickup and the doors were locked. When I asked the drive thru attendant if she could hand me my order she was extremely rude and dismissed me. I will never be coming back here again if this is the service their employees are giving customers.

I ordered my honey barbecue wings and they didn't even want these cubes of sauce! Besides, inside the restaurant there are people without uniforms and they are having a party! The girl at the drive through doesn't listen because of so much noise! BAD Service
They are very irresponsible. When serving people, they are only talking to each other and laughing among themselves, and they make you wait too long. I have been waiting here for 10 minutes and then they tell me that I have to wait 5 more minutes.

When I removed my chicken and took a bite, there was blue hair of the same tone as the person who gave it to me with dirty nails. I do not recommend eating here, they are very UNHYGIENIC.
