The food was old (like it had been reheated), the chicken and biscuits were burnt. We love Popeyes but this location was horrible.

Never going back to this location, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Popeyes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me the regular. I noticed this when I was miles away. The manager has an attitude and from the time I seen that no one was there, I should’ve turned back. I also asked for 1 dipping sauce and they refused. I had already paid for my sandwich and I forgot to ask for it. The girl that took my order didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce when taking my order. Don’t go here!

Left out my biscuit from my meal, that I always look forward to, it goes with the meal and w/o it, not the same. I got all the way home opened my bag and my whole attitude and meal just went whomp 😩. I tried calling both numbers on the receipt and they both say mailbox full. So Popeye’s if you see this review I want my biscuit and some chicken for my trouble and disappointment! I’ll be back up there sooner than later ok.

I remember going here as a kid but over the past year or so it just haven’t been up to par so I go to other places in the plaza . The chicken don’t taste right and I don’t think yall washed it and also the price of the food is too high. It’s giving I’ll only come back for a pie or something to drink

Awful experience. 1st of all it was dark. No lights around the drive thru, 2nd Popeyes is ridiculously expensive, 3rd i asked for well done and it wasn't, my biscuits were hard after I specifically asked if they were fresh, my lemonade slush was foamy. The young guy at the window was so unenthusiastic it wasn't funny. $21 for 6 garlic wings, mashed potatoes, 2 hard biscuits and a frozen lemonade. Chicken had broken bones and was under cooked after I asked for well done. As expensive as Popeyes is, it should be right every time, all day. The menu doesn't get cheaper after dark so the entire experience should be A1 all day. Without the customer, there's no business.
