Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am absolutely outraged by the treatment I received at this Popeye’s. I’ve been bringing my service animal here every Tuesday for a month with no issue, and I have proof that my dog is a legitimate service animal. Today, the moment I walked in, the manager—a Hispanic man who has never been there before—immediately barked, “No dogs allowed.” I calmly responded, “It’s a service animal.” Instead of acknowledging this, he turned his back on me and continued preparing food, completely dismissing me.

I’ve been coming to this Popeye’s on and off for three years, and this same manager has always refused me service. The level of unprofessionalism and discrimination is beyond unacceptable. My service animal is 15lbs has been welcomed everywhere else, yet here, I was treated like I didn’t exist.

I will NEVER support this Popeye’s again Avoid this place at all costs!

The biscuits were burnt because I order online.
They the family meal was only thighs instead of wings.
Only 2 legs for a 10 PC meal.
Then on a combo I order they forgot to give the drink.
They need to double check the order when someone else is picking up the order.
They were rude and unprofessional.
They don't have costumer service.
They don't pick up the phone for anyone.

I was just in there the cashier treated me bed she kinded like she was trying to ignorer I'm in a wheelchair she left the counter the mice gentleman at the drive through had to assist me then when I came out of the bathroom to gety order he was telling her to give me my order she asking him if l paid for it lm glad I had paid with it with a card so the rec6ve on my phonespi pulled it out on the phone to show her she still made him pull it up on the cash register,she has chubby chinz and her hair is in a ponytail a short ponytail l will be calling to speak to her boss

I ordered the 3 piece tenders and all I got was fries and a biscuit. No tenders. They did me so wrong. 😔

Horrible location, wait over 45 minutes for fresh food. Never again......Horrible service

I was at lunch from an election class went to this popeye's. I ordered the 3 piece dark with Cajun fries to go
Got back to my location to eat. Open it up the chicken looked a little too overcooked But I bit into the first Piece and it was either overcooked or had been sitting there since the day before So the thigh looked a little better. I bit it and it was the same. I had another leg that was okay. I could eat that and a little bit of the fries.
I drank my drink and that was it. Later in the evening I decided I was gonna take it back to let them see the pictures and see what they could do about ithe inside was closed because it was after 10pm So we walked up to the drive through not really hard for the young lady to hear us told her about it She asked for the receipt So I got in the car and drove around through The drive through gave her the chicken. She disputed that the receipt said 3 piece and it was only 2 in the bag. So I explained to her I had to eat something.I am a diabetic so She still tried to argue with me about the chicken We asked about a manager and she said she was the manager in her not too good englishspeaking dialect and how it looked so I told her. I took a picture, showed her the picture. She then said okay. Wait 3 minutes, I'll make you fresh. We waited got it back home. The fries were hot. They were a little bit better, but the chicken was the same. It was either overcooked. Or have been sitting there now all day. This was horrible. I don't know if I will go back there.

Wow I can't believe this, but once I got home to eat my dinner from popeyes. the food was horrible. and I felt like i need to take it back but I was so exhausted from work I just threw it away now I'm convinced not to ever go back there again...

I was in there, for a 3 piece 2 wing & thigh, take out 2pm TODAY 8/20/24. Cashier, terrible terrible attitude. She rolled ger eyes when misunderstood my order. The last time was an older Mexican lady with a terrible attitude as the cashier.

The male at the drive-thru was super rude, super aggressive, didn’t handle my bag of food with care. Messed up my order, not once but twice. Honestly, I did not even eat my food because usually Popeyes chicken smell good, when I got my food it stank, the establishment looked just dirty…. I decided not to eat my food because he looks like the type that’ll tamper with it. Not going back to that location ever!!!

Our neighborhood Popeyes, from the size of the chicken to the service to the parking lot things just keep getting more and more negative..The meals are not enough to share even when you buy a family meal they give you the smallest pieces and or burnt piece of chicken and stale biscuits, if you ask for fresher or better pieces or substitute pieces for what is missing or damaged it is met w/ attitude by one male worker who's been here over 10 years, and takes his frustration out on every customer.My last experience here after placing the order and waiting almost 35 minutes only to be told that most of what we ordered was out. On the same day I watched multiple people come out of the drive-thru park their cars to go back inside because their order was also incorrect.I come to this one because it's so close to home.It's nice to see this area thriving after the LA riots but it's disappointing to constantly see customers get mistreated or overcharged for one reason or the next from this Popeye's Chicken... ?

0 stars. The worst location I’ve ever been to. Food is dry, old, hard and disgusting. Prices are so high at least give us something edible. Workers will ignore you if you come in the dining room, their first priority is the drive thru. The food they serve is actual garbage I wouldn’t even feed a dog. Come here if you are starving and haven’t even in days-otherwise you’ll regret it.
