We Went Into The Restaurant For The Very 1st Time Around 11 AM Yesterday To Grab Breakfast. Me A Pregnant Woman & Our 4 Year Old Son. This Woman Who Told Us She Was The Manager Was Very Rude To Us. We Asked For A Cup Of Ice And She Looked At Us With The Meanest Facial Expressions And Yelled At Us And Rolled Her Eyes Saying What?! No! She Continued To Be Mean To Us The Whole Time We Ate Saying To Us Shes Salvadorian And Thats How She Talks Because Shes Salvadorian. She Didn’t Even Want To Give Us A Plate And Bag So We Could Take Our Food To Go. We Was So Uncomfortable That We Left Our Copper Water Bottle Sitting At The Table. We Hope And Pray That This Woman Doesn’t Treat Anyone Else The Way That She Treated A 4 Year Old And A His Pregnant 8 1/2 Months Mom! The Food Was Ok, I Just Wish The Pupusas Was Hot. Pupusas Are One Of Our Favorite Foods To Eat!

I placed an order for a sopa de pollo as I was feeling under the weather. They gave me a dish of a chicken leg and thigh asado with a salad and a separate bowl of sopa de vegetales. I did not order pollo asado I ordered sopa de pollo and that’s what I expected. When I asked if this is the sopa de pollo the waiter said yes. I had to personally put the chicken grilled leg on my soup.

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in Los Angeles after living here for years—and that’s saying a lot.
We waited over 40 minutes for our food while repeatedly asking to cancel. Instead of honoring that, we were lied to and told it would be ready in “2 minutes.” When it finally came out, it was blatantly rushed, half-uncooked, and careless. Everything was drowning in oil, and the beans were basically flavorless bean water, so soggy they couldn’t even be picked up. Completely inedible.
The service was shockingly rude and hostile the entire time. After leaving and trying to call to resolve the issue, they hung up on us SIX times. That level of unprofessionalism is astounding.
To make it worse, both my husband and I had stomach pain almost immediately after eating, which raises serious food safety concerns.
And somehow, for all of this, the meal was FIVE TIMES the price of the restaurant right next door, which is vastly superior in every imaginable way—better food, better service, better value.
This place is a complete failure: awful food, rude staff, zero accountability, and wildly overpriced. Avoid at all costs!!!
