Puran’s restaurant is an institution of the Los Feliz neighborhood; it proposes a Californian cuisine with middle eastern and European influences. The dishes are always prepared with care, using high quality ingredients, often organic. Monday and Tuesday supper specials are recommended.
This place was super great! Just moved to the neighborhood and really wanted to try and we are happy we did!! The 3 course meal for $15 was VERY GOOD! And the bottle of wine for $12 was a quality tasting wine. Unexpected for that price but atmosphere was relaxed and my European girlfriend felt like she was back in Europe :) We will be back!

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing!! Had the lamb curry, quail, and veggie combo, all so delicious. Service was really helpful and friendly!! Easily the best Mediterranean food I've had in Los Angeles. Will definitely be going back again!!! Baklava was soooo good. Thanks again guys!
