This is my second time using it.
You can relax before departure.

The check-in staff at a business class lounge showed why some airlines have much better class of staff who understand meaning of service and tact for weary travelers.
No wonder some airlines are award winning and sadly the one represented here doesn't.

It's a busy lounge with decent sizes, shower rooms and a nice bar. For food selection, they provide 6 types of salad and around dozen of hot meals. However dessert has limited choices.
There is one thing that management has to pay attention is, they need to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the customers. However a lot of fabric chairs looks very dirty with a lot of stains on it. It's time to replace some new chairs.

A lounge that is used, among other things, by El Al's business class passengers, a large place, a pleasant atmosphere, a selection of dishes and desserts, and soft and spicy drinks are recommended

Rather disappointing! Very stained chairs, tiny low tables that are hard to eat on, tiny plates so you have to go back and forth to get even 3 items to your table. Food was okay (appreciated the vegetarian friendly options) ... cold soup ... dry carrot cake... very poor selection of drinks (only soft drinks, machine coffee, and tea ). Not enough places to relax ... mostly dark and dingy. The plants looked sickly. Slightly surly staff restocking the food (the women who cleaned the tables were lovely however). So much room for improvement! But the seats were the worst (see photo)!!! Come on guys surely you can clean or replace them . ??♀️

Great food, great service, plenty of chairs. Love this lounge while waiting for the 15 hour Qantas flight

Hits and misses here. The lounge is enormous, nicely fitted out in a Cali-mod style, and the showers (the yardstick by which I measure all Qantas lounges) are massive, well equipped, and well maintained. The food was a rather big miss, as was the service, which was curt at best.

One of the worst lounges I have ever been to. The food is a disaster. It feels like I walked into a motel.

Wide array of food. Comfortable chairs. You might have to look hard to find power outlets but they are there in many

Had a Qantas issued complimentary lounge invite. Woman at the desk would not accept it saying it could only be used at Qantas lounges in Australia?

Great experience - great selection of foods and drinks - amazing and friendly service by the staff. Much better than the qantas lounge in melbourne!
The lounge is a great addition to the lounge portfolio at LAX Terminal B (Tom Bradley) and a solid lounge for the business class traveler on Oneworld. It's mainly branded for Qantas, British Airways, and Cathy Pacific, all of which have busy operations at LAX.Access is also granted for those flying business class on oneworld and t those with Saphire and above status flying on oneworld. Having said that, it does tend to get really crowded. It is large and with good decor elements and catering. No doubt, it's a great lounge to spend time despite no tarmac views.
