We ended up here looking for a coffee, got a drink and spent the next 2 hours trying different items for the menu. Very impressed by the quality. Yucca fries super crunchy and creamy inside. Lovely guacamole, and very fresh shrimps, all with a very nice sangria. We had a lovely time and an unexpected trip to Peru while sitting still. Will be back!

I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Qusqo Bistro. The authenticity of the dishes truly transported me to the heart of Peru. The yucca fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully tender on the inside. They were a wonderful introduction to the flavors that awaited.
