50 dollar order and the workers say everything is in the bag only to get home to all the canes sauce missing lol and all they can do is give u sauce or refund. Manager was rude and acting as if whatever he had to fix came out of his pocket. Never had such a terrible time dealing with a canes. If you expect what you order stay away from Hollywood Canes. What a joke thanks for the cold food. Maybe things will change when you get a Manager that cares about his job.

Finally one in LA! It's located right across the Chick-fil-A on Highland Ave, which has been there for over 20 years now. Bold move.
There are parking spots, but very cramped. Love these chicken fingers!

Raising Caneās is bringing their lightly breaded chicken tendies and sandwiches to Hollywood. Itās pretty consistent from location to location but this Hollywood location feels different. They are sitting in a location directly across from another place that does chicken tenders. That in itself is interesting and the competition will be fierce. I think Raising Caneās gonna win the battle for customers on Sunset Blvd. because they have a more friendly inviting indoor dining experience. Thatās great because many restaurants in the fast food space donāt encourage sitting and enjoying the experience of the restaurant.
The food: My Raising Caneās order included lightly breaded tenders, crinkle cut fries and some of the best Sweet Tea Iāve ever had. The tea doesnāt taste like sugar water nor is it bland itās just right and washes the tendies down perfectly. I enjoy it so much itās now part of my shopping list and for 7 bucks a gallon itās less than a similar jug from my local grocery store.
All and all Raising Caneās is a consistent chicken tender and sandwich hit! The Hollywood location with its welcoming dine in experience, its late night 2am dine in hours, the chicken with a light but crispy bite and the best sweet tea is shaping up to be a great addition to the Hollywood chicken tendie scene.

At my 38th different grand opening on the day after a World Series repeat, I arrived Monday evening at 20:30 to be a part of staying around as an early bird. Took the B-line š to Hollywood & Highland and walked a few blocks south on Highland to my destination.
The next day, there was a drawing involving 20 lucky players receiving three box combos monthly over 13 months. However I didn't win any of those, but did receive some parting gifts: a free Box Combo on the house, a free Box Combo card for next visit, a cap and a Cane'sĀ® gift package which included box combos, lemonades & kid's combos, pens, T-shirts, lip balm, magnets and a toy puppy.

I stopped by the new Raising Caneās on Sunset Blvd on opening day, it was packed! The place isnāt that big and parking is limited, but it looks really cute inside. Despite the rush, the staff was super friendly and guided everyone on where to order and pick up food, which made things move smoothly.
I got the 4-piece combo, the chicken was tasty and delicious, fries couldāve been a bit crispier, but that sweet iced tea totally hit the spot. Iām so glad Raising Caneās finally opened up not too far from me. Definitely worth the wait!

Long awaited and much needed! The food was better than any other Caneās location. That said the service was very poor. Understandably it is their opening day however when I ordered two kids combos and asked if they could remove fries from one they said no. Thatās fine I understand, I just didnāt want to waste food. Cut to receiving my order and receipt they gave me and charged me for extra fries!!! When I didnāt even want any fries to begin with. The customer service was a bit rude, it felt rushed and as if you owe them something instead of you being the customer. I really rarely leave reviews and 99% of the time I only review things positively, but I was just really disappointed with the employees. We will be back as the food was great and Iām hoping these were just day 1 confusions on their part.

Restaurantji Recommends
Raising cane's and sunset in my opinion, is probably like the best taste I've ever seen. There's a lot of salt on the fries, just like McDonald's and the chicken is like 10 times better than the other ones around the other ones. Now, unfortunately, why came there? There is no drinks, they ran out. It means no soda. But overall it's still a very like good restaurant. Then gottabout it in Hollywood, so I give it 5 stars for the tire experience. I don't care what no one says.
